Know your mixer
Please read these instructions and have a good look at the illustrations before using your mixer.

Safety first!
Your mixer should be used in such a way that it
is protected from moisture. e.g. condensation,
splashed water etc. Do not place or store your
mixer where it can fall or be pulled into water or
any other liquid.
Do not reach for the appliance if it has fallen
in any water or any other liquid. Unplug
immediately.
Make sure that children cannot touch the
mixer or pull the mains lead.
It is DANGEROUS to insert finger or touch the
whisks while the mixer is switched on.
Switch your mixer off at the mains before
changing the whisks/dough hooks. Do not eject
the whisks/dough hooks while the mixer is
working.
Your mixer should be placed away from heat
sources such as radiators, gas/electric fires
and direct sunlight.
Keep the power cord away from any heated
surfaces.
Use the appliance only for its intended use, as
described in this manual.
Do not use outdoors.
Never use your mixer if it is damaged in any
way. Do not remove any fixed covers. Never
use this appliance if it is not working properly,
or if it has been dropped or damaged.
The supply cord can not be replaced. If the cord
is damaged, the product can no longer be used.

How to attach the whisks/dough hooks
After removing your mixer from it's packaging wash the whisks before use. When using the mixer make sure
the whisks are firmly clicked into position.

Make sure your mixer is not plugged
into the mains supply. (Note: This plug
will be two pin for products sold outside the UK)
Before you use your mixer wash the
whisks/dough hooks.

Slide the whisk/dough hook with the
washer ring into the bigger hole.
Rotate them until they click into
position.
Slide the whisk/dough hook without
the washer ring into the other mixer
hole. Rotate them until they click into
position.

Using your mixer
To avoid splashing place the whisks/dough hooks in the mixture before switching the mixer on.

Make sure the whisks/dough hooks
are properly attached.
Plug the mixer into the mains and
switch on at the mains socket.
(Note: This plug will be two pins for
products sold outside the UK)
To prevent any splashing, place the
whisks/dough hooks into your mixer
before switching the mixer on.

Slide the power switch to 0 and build
up the speed. Your mixer has 6 speed
setting. 1 is the slowest setting and 6
is the fastest.

The mixer will start. To make sure that
your mixture mixes properly, move the
mixer around in the bowl.

Switch the mixer off by turning the
power switch to 0. To clean the excess
mixture off the whisks tap them on the
side of the bowl.

Cleaning
Do not use harsh cleaners or solvent as they may damage the casing.

Remove the plug from the main
socket. (Note: This plug will be two
pins for products sold outside the UK)
Switch the mixer off and gently tap
the whisks/dough hooks on the side
of the bowl to remove any excess
mixture.
Press the eject putton to eject the
whisks/dough hooks.
Wash the wisks/ dough hooks in
warm soapy water.
The mixer should be cleaned using a
cloth dampened with warm water
and detergent. Make sure you do not
allow water to seep into the mixer.
