The operating instructions are a constituent of this

product. They contain important information about

safety, use and disposal. Before using the product,

familiarise yourself with all operating and safety

instructions. Use this product only as described and

only for the speciﬁ ed areas of application. Please

also pass these operating instructions on to any

future owner(s).

Proper use

This appliance is intended exclusively for making

smoothies in small quantities. This appliance is in-

tended exclusively for use in domestic households.

Not to be used for commercial purposes.

CO time

The CO time (continuous operation time) is the

amount of time an appliance can be operated

without the motor overheating and becoming

damaged. When the speciﬁ ed CO time has been

reached, the appliance must be switched oﬀ until

the motor has cooled down to room temperature.

What is a smoothie?

A smoothie is a so-called “whole-fruit drink”.

Smoothies contain processed whole fruits without

the peel and core. This gives rise to a creamy con-

sistency. When preparing drinks there is no limit to

the possibilities: you can add yoghurt, crushed ice,

herbs or ice cream to your smoothies.

Safety instructions

DANGER – ELECTRIC SHOCK!

► The appliance must only be connected to correctly installed and earthed

mains power sockets. Ensure that the rating of the local power supply

corresponds with the details on the rating plate of the appliance.

► Ensure that the power cable does not become wet or moist during use.

Route the cable in such a way that it cannot be crushed or damaged.

► Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces.

► Do not perform any repairs on the appliance. All repairs must be performed

by our Customer Services or by qualiﬁ ed personnel.

► Remove the plug from the mains power socket when the appliance is being

cleaned or in the event of a fault. Switching the appliance oﬀ is insuﬃ cient,

since the appliance receives power for as long as the plug is connected to

the mains power socket.

► To avoid risks, have defective plugs and/or power cables replaced immedi-

ately by qualiﬁ ed technicians or our Customer Service Department.

► The appliance and its connecting cable must be kept away from children.

Never submerge the appliance in water or other liquids.

► Always disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply when ﬁ tting

or removing accessory parts. This will prevent unintentional activation of the

appliance.

► The appliance should always be disconnected from the mains when not

supervised and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.

► This appliance may not be used by children.

► Only use the original accessory parts for this appliance. Accessory parts

from other manufacturers may not be suitable, and this may lead to risks!

► This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been

given supervision or instruction concerning safe use of the appliance, and

if they are aware of the potential risks.

► Children must not play with the appliance.

► Before changing accessories or additional parts that are in motion during

operation, the appliance must be switched oﬀ and disconnected from

mains power.

ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!

► Never ﬁ ll the appliance with hard ingredients such as nuts, stalks, large

grains or seeds!

► Never ﬁ ll the appliance with hot ingredients!

► Never use the appliance to crush ice cubes unless there is liquid in the

blender jug!

Before ﬁ rst use

1) Remove all of the parts from the box and

remove the packaging material and any

protective ﬁ lm.

2) Clean all components as described in Chapter

“Cleaning and care”. Ensure that all parts are

completely dry.

Preparing ingredients

■ Remove all peel, such as orange peel or kiwi

skin, from the fruit.

■ Remove large pips and stones, such as found in

peaches, fr

om the fruits.

■ Cut the fruit into small pieces (approx. 1 - 2 cm).

■ Chop herbs or salads into small pieces.

NOTE

► You can also crush ice cubes with this appli-

ance (max 50 g/appr

ox. 2–4 ice cubes).

However, only add the whole ice cubes to

the blender jug 1 if other liquids are also

to be processed in it. Press the start button

6 in a pulsating manner when you process

whole ice cubes. Generally, however, we

recommend that you use already crushed ice

in this device.

Operating the appliance

1) Place the base 5 on a clean and level surface.

2) Fill the prepared ingredients in the blender jug 1.

Always add liquid ingredients ﬁ rst and then the

more solid ingredients such as the fruit and/or

crushed ice.

ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!

► Never ﬁ ll the blender jug 1 with ingr

edients

up to more than the MAX marking! The

appliance will not be able to process the

ingredients!

3) Place the blade holder 4 on the blender

jug 1 so that the blade 3 extends into the

blender jug 1, and screw the blade holder 4

ﬁ rmly in place.

4) Now place the blade holder 4 along with the

attached blender jug 1 onto the base 5 such

that the arrow on the base 5 is pointing to

the

symbol on the blade holder 4.

ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!

► To turn the blade holder 4, only hold the

blade holder 4 and ne

ver try to turn the

blender jug 1! Otherwise the blender jug 1

will detach and the ingredients will spill out!

5) Turn the blade holder 4 so that the arrow on

the base 5 points to the

symbol on the

blade holder 4. The blade holder 4 must

audibly click into place so that it sits ﬁ rmly on

the base 5.

6) Insert the plug into a mains power socket.

7) Press and hold the start button 6 until the

smoothie has reached the desired consistency !

NOTE

► If the ingredients do not mix properly, it may

be necessar

y to lift up the appliance and

shake it a little. When doing so, hold the

blade holder 4 together with the blender

jug 1 and the base 5 so that they do not

come apart.

ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!

► Do not operate the appliance for longer than

1 minute in one session. The appliance will

verheat! After using for 1 minute, allow the

appliance to cool down completely.

8) When the smoothie is ready, turn the blade

holder 4 until the arrow on the base 5 points

to the

symbol on the blade holder 4 and

remove the blade holder 4 with the attached

blender jug 1.

9) Turn the blender jug 1 over and unscrew the

blade holder 4.

10) Screw the lid 2 oﬀ the blender jug 1. You

can drink the smoothie through the drinking

opening on the lid 2.

You can now prepare a second smoothie using

the second blender jug 1.

Cleaning and care

■ Wipe the base 5 with a moist cloth. F

or stubborn

soiling use a mild detergent on the cloth.

Wipe oﬀ any detergent residue with a cloth

moistened with clean water.

■ Clean the blender jug 1, the blade holder 4

with blade 3 and the lid 2 in w

arm water with

a little mild detergent. Afterwards, rinse all parts

with clean water so that no detergent residues

remain.

NOTE

If you clean the appliance directly after use, you

will usually achie

ve suﬃ ciently hygienic cleaning

results for the blender jug 1 and the blade

holder 4 by using the following alternatives:

► Fill the blender jug 1 with 400 ml of w

ater

and add a few drops of mild detergent.

► Attach the blade holder 4 and scr

ew both

onto the base 5.

► Press the start button 6 a fe

w times so that

the blade 3 ploughs through the water.

► Afterwards, rinse the blender jug 1 and the

blade holder 4 with plent

y of clear water

so that all detergent residues are removed.

■ After cleaning, dry all parts thoroughly.

NOTE

► You can also clean the lid 2, the blender

jug 1 and the blade holder 4 in y

our

dishwasher. Place the parts, where possible,

in the upper basket and ensure that none of

the parts can get stuck. Otherwise they could

become deformed.

Storage

■ Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust-free

and dry location.

Pineapple-spinach smoothie

Ingredients

100 g fresh baby spinach

75 ml water

2 pineapple rings

♦ Prepare the pineapple and spinach as de-

scribed in the Chapter “Pr

♦ Add the water followed by the pineapple and

the spinach to the blender jug 1 and close this

with the blade holder 4.

♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are

Romaine lettuce smoothie

Ingredients

3 leaves of romaine lettuce

75 ml water

1/2 banana

1/2 mango

1/2 orange

♦ Prepare the fruits as described in the Chapter

♦ Remove the stem from the romain lettuce leaves

and chop up the leav

es a little.

♦ Add the water followed by the fruit and the

lettuce to the blender jug 1 and close this

with the blade holder 4.

♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are

oughly pureed and mixed.

Troubleshooting

200 ml orange juice (freshly pressed)

1 kiwi

1/2 banana

Ingredients

150 ml water

15 g fresh baby spinach

15 g carrot greens

1/2 orange

50 g mango ﬂ esh

1/2 banana

1 tablespoon of linseed oil

♦ Chop the carrot greens and the spinach.

♦ Add the water followed by the fruit, the spinach

Ingredients

100 g coconut milk

2 pineapple rings

1 kiwi

1/2 banana

♦ Add the coconut milk followed by the fruit to

the blender jug 1 and close this with the blade

holder 4.

♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are

Berry-vanilla smoothie

Ingredients

100 ml apple juice

150 g berries (deep frozen, e.g. strawberries,

raspberries, blueberries, etc.)

100 g vanilla yoghurt

♦ Add the apple juice and vanilla yoghurt followed

y the berries to the blender jug 1 and close

this with the blade holder 4.

♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are

oughly pureed and mixed.

Ingredients

50 ml orange juice

50 ml pineapple juice

100 g berries (deep frozen, e.g. strawberries,

raspberries, blueberries, etc.)

1 pineapple ring

100 g natural yoghurt

Chapter “Pr

eparing ingredients”.

♦ Add the orange juice, the pineapple juice and

the natur

al yoghurt and then the berries and the

pineapple to the blender jug 1.

♦ Close this with the blade holder 4.

♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are

oughly pureed and mixed.

The warranty provided for this appliance is

3 years from the date of purchase. This appliance

has been manufactured with care and inspected

meticulously prior to delivery. Please retain your

receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a

warranty claim, please contact your Customer

Service by telephone. This is the only way to

guarantee free return of your goods.

The warranty only covers claims for material and

manufacturing defects, not for transport damage,

wearing parts or for damage to fragile components

such as switches or batteries. This appliance is

intended solely for private use and not for com-

mercial purposes.

The warranty is deemed void if this product has been

subjected to improper or inappropriate handling,

abuse or modiﬁ cations which were not carried out

by one of our authorised service centres.

Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way

by this warranty.

The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs

made under the warranty. This also applies to

replaced and repaired parts. Damage and defects

present at the time of purchase must be reported

immediately after unpacking, or no later than two

days after the date of purchase. Repairs made

after expiry of the warranty period are chargeable.

Czas pracy krótkotrwałej określa, jak długo można

korzystać urządzenia bez zagrożenia przegrza-

niem silnika i tym samym jego uszkodzenia.

Po upływie podanego czasu pracy krótkotrwałej

urządzenie należy wyłączyć i odczekać aż do

całkowitego ostygnięcia silnika.

Co to jest smoothie?

Smoothie to zmiksowany i schłodzony napój na

bazie owoców. Do smoothies używa się całych

owoców, oprócz łupin i pestek. Powstaje napój o

kremowej konsystencji. Nie ma właściwie żadnych

ograniczeń w tworzeniu własnych smaków: można

używać także jogurtu, kruszonego lodu, ziół czy

lodów.

Wskazówki bezpieczeństwa

► Podłączać urządzenie tylko i wyłącznie do prawidłowo zainstalowanego

i uziemionego gniazda zasilania. Napięcie w sieci elektrycznej musi być

zgodne z danymi podanymi na tabliczce znamionowej urządzenia.

► Należy zwracać uwagę na to, aby podczas pracy urządzenia kabel

sieciowy nie był mokry ani wilgotny. Kabel należy tak poprowadzić, aby

nie został zakleszczony ani uszkodzony.

► Kabel sieciowy trzymać z dala od gorących powierzchni.

► Nie wolno samodzielnie wykonywać żadnych napraw urządzenia.

Wszelkie naprawy mogą być wykonywane tylko przez serwis lub przez

► Wyciągnąć wtyk z gniazda sieciowego, gdy urządzenie jest czyszczone

Przed pierwszym użyciem

1) Wyjmij wszystkie elementy z kartonu i usuń

opakowania oraz ewentualnie folie ochronne.

2) Wyczyść urządzenie zgodnie z opisem w roz-

dziale „Czyszczenie i pielęgnacja”. Upewnij

się, że wszystkie części są całkowicie suche.

Przygotowanie składników

■ Obierz owoce z łupin, np. pomarańcze czy kiwi

ze skórki.

■ Usuń duże ziarna czy pestki, np. z brzoskwiń.

■ Pokrój owoce na małe kawałki,

wielk

ości 1-2 cm.

■ Zioła czy sałaty pokrój na małe kawałki.

WSKAZÓWKA

► Za pomocą tego urządzenia można także

ozdrabniać kostki lodu (maks. 50 g /

ok. 2-4 kostki). Jednak kostki lodu wolno

dodawać do pojemnika do miksowania 1

tylko wtedy, gdy znajduje się w nim płyn.

Podczas rozdrabniania kostek lodu przycisk

Start 6 należy zawsze naciskać pulsacyjnie.

Zasadniczo jednak zalecamy stosowanie w

urządzeniu pokruszonego wcześniej lodu.

Obsługa urządzenia

1) Ustaw blok silnika 5 na czystej i równej

powierzchni.

2) Dodaj przygotowane produkty do pojemnika

do miksowania 1. Zawsze dodawaj najpierw

płynne składniki, a dopiero potem stałe, jak

owoce czy pokruszony lód.

miksowania 1 tak, by nóż 3 wchodził do

pojemnika do miksowania 1 i dokręć uchwyt

noża 4 do oporu.

4) Umieścić teraz uchwyt noża 4 z przykręco-

nym pojemnikiem do miksowania 1 na bloku

silnika tak 5, by strzałka na bloku silnika 5

wskazywała symbol

na uchwycie noża 4.

► Aby obrócić uchwyt noża 4, chwytaj t

5) Następnie obrócić uchwyt noża 4 tak, by

strzałka na bloku silnika 5 wskazywała na

6) Włożyć wtyk sieciowy do gniazda sieciowego.

7) Nacisnąć i przytrzymać przycisk 6 tak długo,

aż zostanie osiągniętą żądana konsystencja

► Jeżeli składniki nie rozdrabniają się tak, jak

winny, należy unieść urządzenie i lekko

nim potrząsnąć. Należy przy tym mocno

8) Gdy smoothie jest gotowe, należy obrócić

uchwyt noża 4 na tyle, by strzałka na bloku

conym pojemnikiem do miksowania 1.

9) Odwrócić pojemnik do miksowania 1 i odkrę-

cić uchwyt noża 4.

10) Przykręcić pokrywę 2 do pojemnika do mikso-

wania 1. Przez otwór do picia w pokrywie 2

można od razu wypić smoothie.

Teraz można przygotować drugie smoothie za

pomocą drugiego pojemnika do miksowania 1.

ów czyszczących. Mogą one uszkodzić

cierać zawsze wilgotną szmat-

ką. Do wyczyszczenia uporczywych zabrudzeń

dodać na szmatkę delikatnego środka do mycia

naczyń. Wytrzeć resztki środka do mycia ście-

reczką zwilżoną w czystej wodzie.

■ Umyć pojemnik do miksowania 1, uchwyt noża

4 z noż

Spłukać następnie wszystkie elementy czystą
