Power button
When your power bank isn’t charging a
device, pressing the power button turns
LEDs on indicate your power bank’s charge
level.
When your power bank is charging a device,
pressing and holding the power button for 2
seconds turns your power bank on or off.
Power overload protection: Your power
bank has overload protection. To protect
your power bank and your connected
device in an overload situation, charging
stops and the LEDs turn off.
An overload can occur if the device you are
charging needs a higher power input than
your power bank can supply or if your
power bank is outputting more than 5V/2.4A
of power.

Charging your power bank
1. Plug the small connector on the
included USB charging cable into the
micro USB port on your power bank.
2. Plug the large connector on the cable
into a power source, like an AC power
adapter (not included) or a USB port on
a computer. The LEDs flash from left to
right, then one of the LEDs stays on to
indicate the current battery level. When
charging is complete, all the LEDs stay
lit.
Note: When the LED on the far left is
blinking, you need to charge your power
bank.

Checking the power level
When you are not charging your power bank
or a device, you can check your power
bank’s power level by pressing the power
button. One or more LED(s) light to indicate
the power level.

Charging your device
1. Plug the USB connector on the cable
that came with your device into the input
port on your device first.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into the
one of the output ports on your power
bank.
3. If you want to stop charging your device,
press and hold the power button for 2
seconds. Charging stops and the LEDs
turn off. Press the power button again to
resume charging.

Notes:
• We recommend that you use the
charging cable that came with your
device or the micro USB cable that
came with your power bank to charge
your device. Using other cables may
significantly reduce the charging speed
(or prevent you from charging).
• When a lightning cable is connected to
your power bank and your power bank
is not charging a device, the LEDs stay
on for 6 hours, then turn off. If you
want to turn off the LEDs immediately,
press and hold the power button for
about 2 seconds.
• To re-start charging your iPhone or
iPad, connect the lightning cable to the
device, then press the power button to
turn your power bank back on.

Troubleshooting
My power bank doesn’t charge.
• Make sure that the included USB
charging cable is connected correctly.

page 6.
• If you are using an AC power outlet,
make sure that the outlet works.
• If you are using a computer USB port,
make sure that the computer is turned
on and the USB port works.
• Your power bank may be damaged.
Replace your power bank.
My power bank doesn’t charge a device
Make sure that you have connected the
USB cable that came with your device
to the output port on your power bank
and the input port on your device. See
Charging your device
on page 8.
• Your power bank may be turned off.
Press the power button to turn on your
power bank.
• Make sure that your power bank is
charged. See
Checking the power level
on page 7.

• Your power bank has overload
protection. If your power bank detects
a power overload, it stops charging and
all the LEDs turns off. Disconnect the
cable, wait a few minutes, then try
charging again.
• Make sure that your device's power
input is not be greater than 5V/2.4A.

• If you have not used your power bank
for more than two months, recharge the
battery before using.

against hard objects. You may damage
your power bank.
