Electric solid top on oven
The Electrolux 900-Thermaline of cooking equipment is designed for the very heavy duty requirements of
hotels, institutions, hospitals, central kitchens, in-flight kitchens and cruise ships. The series consist of a wide
choice of modular stainless steel elements that can be installed as individual, free-standing units or assembled
into a complete cooking suite made virtually seamless by means of cleverly-designed connecting rails.
The models detailed on this sheet have four individual electric cooking plates above an electric oven, with
models available for operation from one side only or from both sides to suit a central cooking island.
Installation options are floor mounted on 100 or 200 mm high feet or a plinth which can be either steel or
masonry construction.

EASY TO USE
• Cooking surface is an electrically
heated solid plate made from
steel. Models with ECOTOP have
a 14mm thick mild steel cooking
surface with a special coating to
reduce heat radiation and energy
consumption.
• Surface temperature can be
selected steplessly up to 450°C
and is electronically controlled to a
very high degree of accuracy.
• Option of one indicating lamp for
the whole hob or for each cooking
zone.

storage.
• Optional base plate with a fire
clay element provides a very
uniform distribution and long term
storage of the oven heat; it is
