To attach the Bedrails to your Headboard and Footboard
1. Select the correct bolts
a. See crib instructions, most cribs are supplied with the correct (8) bolts
b. The bed rails include (8) Standard Bolts and (8) Metric Bolts, if you no longer have the bolts
supplied with your crib, use those supplied with the bed rails.
i. To determine which bolts to use, remove one of each from the package and with ONLY your
fingers attempt to install the bolt in the crib post, if it does not thread in easily try the other
bolt (be sure to try both bolts).
ii. Sort the bolts and set aside the ones that do not thread easily and DO NOT use them.
2. Attach the Bedrails to the headboard and footboard using (2) Bolts at each location. DO NOT
completely tighten at this time.
3. Test fit the foundation (a mattress foundation must be used with these bed rails), make any
adjustments and then tighten all bolts with a screwdriver or adjustable wrench.
