WARNING
Disconnect All Electrical Power Sources To Machine Before Reaching Inside Unit.
Tools Required 7/16 Socket 3/8 Ratchet and extensions ¼”Nut Driver
1/ 2” Socket 9/16 “Socket Small screwdriver 7/16 “ Wrench
Directions
Pulley Assembly Removal
(See Figure 1):
(1) Disconnect all Electrical Power from
the Power Trak.
(2) Disconnect all curtain cables from the
Power Trak load block, and remove
the cables completely from the unit.
(3) Unscrew the four sheet metal screws
(A) holding the top. Retain screws for
use when re-assembling.
(4) Remove the cabinet top (B).
(5) Unscrew the eight Hex head bolts (C)
from the left and right sides near the
top cover.
(6) Remove the pulley assembly (D).
Retain bolts and nuts for use later
when reassembling. Note: If there are
lag bolts in the mounting holes (E),
they will need to be removed.

Install Sprocket Assembly
Sprocket Assembly Installation
(See Figure 2):
(7) Insert the new sprocket drive assembly
(F) so the slotted mounting hole lines up
with the main housing.
(8) Re-assemble the Hex head bolts (C) in the
side to hold the sprocket assembly.
(9) Replace the cabinet top (B).
(10) Reinstall the four sheet metal screws (A)
holding the cabinet top (B).
NOTE: Refer to Page 3 for assembly instructions
using optional Power Trak Chain
Adjustment Kit.
Sprocket Chain Installation
with Sprocket Pins
(See Figure 3):
(11) Run the two new sprocket chains (G) over
the sprocket wheels in the manner desired.
(12) Insert the two spade bolts (H) up from the
bottom of the load block.
(13) Attach the lower ends of the sprocket
chains through the hole in the sprocket pins
by removing the master link (I) from the
end of the chain.
(14) Attach the sprocket chains to the existing
curtain cable (J).
(15) Adjust Curtains as described in the Power
Trak Manual Part No. 4801-0154.

OPTION:
PowerTrak Chain Adjustment Kit
An optional Power Trak Chain Adjustment Kit can be
ordered to replace the standard Sprocket Pin. The Power
Trak Chain Adjustment Kit allows approximately 1½”
adjustment using the threads on the Spade Bolt.

Sprocket Chain Installation
with
PowerTrak Chain Adjustment Kit
(See Figure 4)
(1) Run the two new sprocket chains (G) over the
sprocket wheels in the manner desired.
(2) Insert the two Spade Bolts (H) down thru the top
of the load block and install the Flat Washers (I)
and Lock Nuts (J) as shown.
NOTE: The Spade Bolt assembly will allow minor
tightening and loosening adjustments ONLY if
the nut is centrally located initially during
installation.
WARNING
DO NOT adjust or loosen the Lock Nut (J) too
close to the end of the Spade Bolt (H). Never
have less than two full threads exposed from
the bottom of the Lock Nut to the end of the
Spade Bolt. Failure to follow these
instructions can result in property damage,
serious injury, or death!
(3) Attach the lower ends of the sprocket chains
through the hole in the Spade Bolts by removing
the master link (K) from the end of the chain.
(4) Attach the sprocket chains to the existing curtain
cable (L).
(5) Adjust Curtains as described in the Power
Trak Manual Part No. 4801-0154.
