Dig footing at proper location 24"1. wide x 50" deep.
Place base post into footing and 2. support in a plumb condition with
the outside edge of the pipe tangent
to the outside of the foul line.
Rotate the post so that the panels
are to the inside of the field.
Repeat for other foul line.3. After concrete has cured 48 hrs.4. place top sections on the bases and
lock down with set screws.
