SAFETY INSTRUCTION AND WARNINGS
1. INTRODUCTION
We would like to congratulate you on the purchase of your airbrush gun. We appreciate your trust. That‘s why func-
tional security and operational safety stands on rst place for us.
To prevent damage to persons or property, you should read this user manual carefully. Please observe
all safety precautions and instructions for proper use of the airbrush components. Failure to follow the
instructions and safety precautions can result in injury or property damage. Please keep this manual with
the instructions and safety instructions carefully in order to at any time you can restore them.
2. IN GENERAL
The airbrush guns are developed according to the newest stand of technology, manufactured with much care and go
under strict intensive controls.
Make sure after unpacking that the data given on the type label match with the included operating instructions. In the
case of doubt is not to be used. Transport damages are immediately to be reported to the package distributor on the
shipping invoice and to us in written form.

4. Important note: please pay attention before commissioning the airbrush!
l The air hoses for airbrush guns are air-tight. Sealing of the screw connections can be carried out with Teon tape. The
rubber seals are to be checked regularly and replaced if necessary.
l Connect the air hose, the airbrush gun to the 1/8 „port on the compressor tting.
In order to avoid leaks, the screw connection of the air hose should always be sealed with Teon tape.
l Before starting up, especially after cleaning or after repairs, check the tightness of all connecting elements as well as the
tightness of the unit and the hoses..
l Please, note that in dependence of the device used (compressor/gun) the color must be diluted.
l Your airbrush gun must be cleaned thoroughly after each color change, otherwise the residual color mixes with the
newly lled color.
Moreover, the very ne nozzle will be clogged by dried ink. The gun should be cleaned with thinner and water.
Especially the nozzles, which are subject to wear, will have longer lifetime by careful cleaning .
l Please, inform yourself in the literature or on the Internet about the working methods and techniques before
starting work .
l Please, check the funktion of the gun with clean water. Is the function correctly given, the technology of the gun
is perfect.
l Please connect compressor, hose and gun always tight. Avoid oscillatingly opening (constant on and o) of the
compressor in order to reduce wear and to save energy.
l We sell only tested products. These are strictly for personal use.
l Claims for damages for improper disassembly and cleaning can not be accepted.
l Complaints about contaminated airbrush guns with paint,residues, could not be recognized.
5. HOW IT WORKS
5.a The airbrush gun is a two-stage atomizer according to the principle of a jet pump using compressed air as a
propellant. With the airbrush gun, any liquid paint with ne pigment, suitable for airbrush guns, can be applied to all
substrates, depending on the nozzle size. Acrylic paints, watercolor paints, textile paints and dilute oil paints are easy
to apply. The working pressure is usually between 1.5 and 3 bar. The higher the pressure is set, the ner the ink is
atomized. In order to deliberately create uneven surfaces, e.g. In order to display sand, one can set the pressure

6. COMMISSIONING
6.a Connect the airbrush gun to the pressure hose (illustrations as an example and depending on airbrush model).
6.b Then screw the air hose with airbrush gun to a suitable compressor. (Illustrations as an example and depending on the
compressor model).
6.c Fill the container of the airbrush gun with an appropriately diluted color.
7. CLEANING AND CARE
l Rinse the gun‘s paint dispensers with water or thinner, depending on the paint used.
l Clean the air nozzle with a brush or a brush. Do not immerse the nozzle in thinner.
l To clean the nozzles, use only the appropriate cleaning needles. Under no circumstances try to clean clogged
openings with improper objects, since even the slightest damage can cause a change in the spray performance.
Your airbrush gun must be thoroughly cleaned after every color change. The gun should be regularly clea-
ned, depending on the paint used, with a suitable thinner, AEROCLEAN RAPID from Schmincke (available
in the pro-airbrush-shop) or water.
Especially the nozzles, which are subject to wear, remain functional by careful cleaning longer.

9. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
l Keep away from children! It‘s not a toy!
l The airbrush gun must not be operated by persons under the inuence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
l It is NOT recommended to carry out any technical modications on your own. Firstly, it is not ensured
whether this modication is technically awless, in addition, the guarantee claim is forfeited.
l Observe the ambient temperature between +5 and + 40 ° C
l Never pull the hose
l Never expose the appliance to dust, acid, vapors, explosive or combustible gases or atmospheric agents
(rain, sun, fog, snow).
l Avoid cross-sectional constriction in the hose or cable
l The airbrush gun must not be used if it is damaged.
The manufacturer declares,
l No responsibility in the case of accidents or damages resulting from negligence or disregard of the instructions in
this manual
lReject any responsibility for damage resulting from improper use of the equipment
8. MAINTENANCE
The maintenance and servicing work must be carried out according to our operating instructions, the corresponding
safety regulations must be observed.
The airbrush has to be cleaned IMMEDIATELY after use with suitable solvents and dry with compressed air.
No deposits may form in the gun. In the presence of any external deposits in the airbrush gun and a dama-
ge picture, which can be attributed to it, the claim for legal warranty does not apply.
l Change the nozzle set
Always change the complete nozzle set if you want to change the nozzle size. These parts, consisting of nozzle
and color needle, are supplied as a complete set. Mount the ink nozzle before inserting the color needle.
The following checks should be carried out regularly:
l Clean guide lines (e.g., no bend)
l Check for leaks
10. GUARANTEE REGULATIONS / STATUTORY WARRANTY
The statutory guarantee (new and unused goods) exists for all manufacturing and material defects. In such cases we
accept the exchange or repair of the airbrush gun.
Shipping costs and consequential damages are borne by us only insofar as we are legally obliged to do so.
We provide our services in Germany. Return costs from abroad can only be accepted insofar as we are legally obli-
ged to do so in Germany (or as far as EU law is applicable in Germany).
The warranty does not apply to:
l Material wear (e.g., gaskets)
l Unjustied interventions or changes in the airbrush gun
l Damages by selault
l Improper servicing and improper use

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE UND WARNUNGEN
1. VORWORT
Zum Kauf unserer Airbrush-Komponenten möchten wir Sie recht herzlich beglĂŒckwĂŒnschen. Wir wissen Ihr Vertrauen zu
schÀtzen. Aus diesem Grund stehen bei uns Funktions- und Betriebssicherheit an erster Stelle.
Um Personen- und SachschÀden zu vermeiden, lesen Sie die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung bitte auf-
merksam durch. Bitte beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen zum sachgemĂ€ĂŸen Gebrauch
der Airbrush-Komponenten. Eine Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen und Sicherheitshinweise können zu
körperlichen SchĂ€den oder zu SachschĂ€den fĂŒhren.
Bitte bewahren Sie die Bedienungsanleitung mit den Anweisungen und Sicherheitshinweisen sorgfÀltig auf,
um jederzeit darauf zurĂŒckgreifen zu können.
2. ALLGEMEINES
Die Airbrush-Komponenten sind nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik entwickelt, mit grĂ¶ĂŸter Sorgfalt gefertigt und
unterliegen strengen QualitÀtskontrollen.
Vergewissern Sie sich nach dem Auspacken, dass die auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Daten mit den vorgesehenen
Betriebsbedingungen ĂŒbereinstimmen. Im Zweifelsfall ist der Betrieb zu unterlassen.
TransportschĂ€den sind unverzĂŒglich dem Speditionsunternehmen und uns schriftlich mitzuteilen. Bei Versand durch DHL
sind TransportschÀden innerhalb von 7 Tagen bei der Post anzuzeigen.
3. ANWENDUNGSBEREICHE
Die Airbrush-Pistolen eignen sich unter anderen fĂŒr:
l Alle kunstvollen Bemalungen von WĂ€nden, Autos, Helmen, Schulranzen, Tassen

l Modellbau, Kunsthandwerk
l Kosmetik, Bodypainting, Tattoo, Nageldesign, Schminken
l Und vieles mehr
Ebenso können die Airbrush-Pistolen als Luftquelle in der Medizin, Lebensmittel-Industrie, chemischer Industrie,
Laboratorien usw. verwendet werden.

4. Wichtige Hinweise: Vor der Inbetriebnahme der Airbrushpistole bitte unbedingt beachten!
l Die LuftschlĂ€uche fĂŒr Airbrush-Pistolen sind luftdicht. Abdichtung der Verschraubungen kann mit Hilfe von Teonband
erfolgen. RegelmĂ€ĂŸig sind die Gummidichtungen zu ĂŒberprĂŒfen und ggf. zu erneuern.
l Verbinden Sie den Luftschlauch, die Airbrush-Pistole wie unter Pkt. 6 beschrieben am Kompressor. Um Undichtigkeiten
zu vermeiden, sollte die Verschraubung des Luftschlauchs immer mit Teonband abgedichtet werden.
l Vor der Inbetriebnahme, vor allem nach der Reinigung oder nach Reparaturen, ist der feste Sitz aller Verbindungsele-
mente sowie die Dichtheit des GerĂ€tes und der SchlĂ€uche zu prĂŒfen.
l Bitte beachten Sie, dass in AbhÀngigkeit vom benutzten GerÀt (Kompressor/Pistole) die verwendete Farbe entsprechend
verdĂŒnnt werden muss.
l Ihre Airbrushpistole muss nach jedem Farbwechsel grĂŒndlich gereinigt werden, die Restfarbe mischt sich sonst mit
der neu eingefĂŒllten Farbe. DarĂŒber hinaus kann die sehr feine DĂŒse durch angetrocknete Farbe verstopfen. Die
Pistole sollte regelmĂ€ĂŸig mit VerdĂŒnner und Wasser gereinigt werden. Besonders die DĂŒsen, die Verschleiß unterliegen,
bleiben durch sorgfÀltige Reinigung lÀnger funktionsfÀhig.
l Bitte informieren Sie sich in der einschlĂ€gigen Literatur oder im Internet ĂŒber die Arbeitsweisen und Arbeitstechniken vor
Beginn der Arbeit.
l Bitte prĂŒfen Sie vorab die Funktion der Pistole mit sauberem Wasser. Ist eine ordungsgemĂ€ĂŸe Funktion gegeben, so ist
die Technik der Pistole einwandfrei.
l Bitte verbinden Sie Kompressor, Druckschlauch und Pistole stets dicht. Vermeiden Sie das Takten (stÀndiges
Ein- und Ausschalten) des Kompressors, um Verschleiß zu reduzieren und Energie zu sparen.
l Wir verkaufen ausschließlich geprĂŒfte QualitĂ€tsprodukte. Diese sind ausschließlich fĂŒr den privaten Gebrauch bestimmt.
l Reklamationen fĂŒr SchĂ€den bei unsachgemĂ€ĂŸer Demontage und Reinigung können nicht anerkannt werden.
l Reklamationen bei mit Farbresten verunreinigten Airbrushpistolen können nicht anerkannt werden.
5. FUNKTIONSWEISE
5.a Die Airbrushpistole ein Zweisto-ZerstĂ€uber nach dem Prinzip einer Strahlpumpe, welche Druckluft als Treibmittel
verwendet. Mit der Airbrushpistole kann jede îƒ€ĂŒssige Farbe mit feinem Pigment, die fĂŒr Airbrushpistolen
geeignet ist, abhĂ€ngig von der DĂŒsengrĂ¶ĂŸe, auf alle UntergrĂŒnde aufgetragen werden. Acrylfarben,
Aquarellfarben, Textilfarben und verdĂŒnnte Ölfarben sind damit leicht aufzutragen. Der Arbeitsdruck liegt meist
zwischen 1,5 und 3 bar. Je höher der Druck eingestellt ist, desto feiner wird die Farbe zerstÀubt. Um bewusst
ungleichmĂ€ĂŸige FlĂ€chen zu erzeugen, z.B. um Sand darzustellen, kann man den Druck auch bewusst sehr
niedrig einstellen.
Dual-Action-Pistole: Mit einem Hebel kann die Luftmenge sowie auch die Farbmenge gleichzeitig reguliert werden.1,2

6. INBETRIEBNAHME
6.a Verbinden Sie die Airbrush-Pistole mit dem Druckschlauch (Abbildungen beispielhaft und abhÀngig vom
Pistolen- Modell).
6.b Danach verschrauben Sie den Druckschlauch mit Airbrush-Pistole an einem geeigneten Kompressor. (Abbildungen
beispielhaft und abhÀngig vom Kompressor-Modell).
6.c FĂŒllen Sie den BehĂ€lter der Airbrushpistole mit einer entsprechend verdĂŒnnten Farbe.
7. Reinigung und Pege
l SpĂŒlen Sie die Farb-Förderteile der Pistole, abhĂ€ngig von der benutzten Farbe grĂŒndlich mit Wasser oder VerdĂŒnner.
l Reinigen Sie die LuftdĂŒse mit einem Pinsel oder einer BĂŒrste. Tauchen Sie die DĂŒse nicht in VerdĂŒnner.
l Benutzen Sie zum Reinigen der DĂŒsen nur die entsprechenden Reinigungsnadeln. Unter keinen UmstĂ€nden versu-
chen, verstopfte Ă–ï‚‡nungen mit unsachgemĂ€ĂŸen GegenstĂ€nden zu reinigen, da schon die kleinste BeschĂ€digung eine
VerĂ€nderung der SprĂŒhleistung bewirken kann.
Ihre Airbrushpistole muss nach jedem Farbwechsel grĂŒndlich gereinigt werden. Die Pistole sollte regel-
mĂ€ĂŸig, abhĂ€ngig von der verwendeten Farbe, mit einem geeigneten VerdĂŒnner, AERO CLEAN RAPID von
Schmincke (erhĂ€ltlich im Pro-Airbrush-Shop) oder Wasser gereinigt werden.
Besonders die DĂŒsen, die Verschleiß unterliegen, bleiben durch sorgfĂ€ltige Reinigung lĂ€nger funktionsfĂ€hig.
9. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
lVon Kindern fernhalten! Es ist kein Spielzeug!
l Die Airbrush-Pistole darf nicht von Personen in Betrieb genommen werden, die unter dem Einuss von
Alkohol, Drogen oder Medikamenten stehen.
l Es ist NICHT zu empfehlen auf eigene Faust technische VerĂ€nderungen durchzufĂŒhren. Erstens ist nicht
sichergestellt, ob diese Modikation technisch einwandfrei ist, zudem verfĂ€llt der Garantieanspruch.
lUmgebungstemperatur zwischen +5 und +40°C beachten
lNiemals am Schlauch ziehen
l Das GerĂ€t nie Staub, SĂ€ure, DĂ€mpfen, explosiven oder brennbaren Gasen oder atmosphĂ€rischen Einîƒ€ĂŒs-
sen (Regen, Sonne, Nebel, Schnee) aussetzen.
lQuerschnittsverengung im Schlauch vermeiden
l Die Airbrush-Pistole darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn sie beschĂ€digt ist.
Der Hersteller erklÀrt,
l Keine Verantwortung im Fall von UnfÀllen oder SchÀden aufgrund von FahrlÀssigkeit oder Missachtung der Anwei-
sungen in dieser Anleitung zu ĂŒbernehmen
l Jede Verantwortung fĂŒr SchĂ€den, die durch die unsachgemĂ€ĂŸe Verwendung des GerĂ€ts entstehen, abzulehnen
8. WARTUNG
Die Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sind gemĂ€ĂŸ unserer Bedienungsanleitung durchzufĂŒhren, die entspre-
chenden Sicherheitsvorschriften sind unbedingt zu beachten.
Pistolen nach Gebrauch SOFORT mit geeigneten Lösungsmittel reinigen und mit Druckluft trockenspĂŒlen.
Es dĂŒrfen sich keine Ablagerungen in der Pistole bilden. Bei Vorhandensein jeglicher Fremdablagerungen
in der Airbrush-Pistole und einem Schadensbild, welches darauf zurĂŒck gefĂŒhrt werden kann, entfĂ€llt der
Anspruch auf gesetzliche GewÀhrleistung.
l Wechseln des DĂŒsensatzes
Wechseln Sie immer den kompletten DĂŒsensatz, wenn sie die DĂŒsengrĂ¶ĂŸe Ă€ndern möchten. Diese Teile, die aus DĂŒse
und Farbnadel bestehen, werden als komplettes Set geliefert. Montieren Sie die FarbdĂŒse bevor Sie die Farbnadel
einsetzen.
Folgende Kontrollen sollten regelmĂ€ĂŸig durchgefĂŒhrt werden:
lSaubere FĂŒhrung des Schlauches (z.B. keinen Knick)
lÜberprĂŒfung von Undichtigkeiten
10. GARANTIEBESTIMMUNGEN / GESETZLICHE GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
FĂŒr alle Fabrikations- und Materialfehler besteht die gesetzliche GewĂ€hrleistung (neue und ungebrauchte Ware). In
solchen FĂ€llen ĂŒbernehmen wir den Umtausch oder die Reparatur der Airbrush-Pistole.
Versandkosten und FolgeschĂ€den werden von uns nur insofern getragen, soweit wir dazu gesetzlich verpichtet sind.
Wir erbingen unsere Serviceleistungen in Deutschland. RĂŒcksendekosten aus dem Ausland können nur insofern
ĂŒbernommen werden, soweit wir dazu in Deutschland (bzw. soweit EU Recht in Deutschland anwendbar ist) gesetz-
lich verpichtet sind.
Die Garantie gilt nicht bei:
lMaterialverschleiß (z.B. Dichtungen)
lUnberechtigten Eingrien oder VerĂ€nderungen an der Airbrush-Pistole
lBeschĂ€digungen durch Selbstverschulden
lUnsachgemĂ€ĂŸer Wartung und unsachgemĂ€ĂŸem Betrieb
Außerdem leisten wir keinerlei Schadensersatz fĂŒr FolgeschĂ€den!

1. Spray out the paint color and fill water or suitable solvent into the cup.
2. Then block the needle cap with a finger and spray.
3. Let the air stream go backward into the nozzle to clean the paint residue.
4. Repeat above process 1-3 times until there is no paint residue.
1. Connect airbrush to air supply and fill paint color into the mounted cup after thinning appropriately.
3. Press the trigger to release air flow and then draw it backward gradually for color atomization.
4. Adjust the paint amount with trigger and the distance airbrush held to surface to get wanted pattern.
5. Remove needle cap for a fine line or small dot, which is achieved by working very close to the
surface while releasing a very small amount of paint.
6. Please keep the nozzle and nozzle cap clean. Dust will reduce atomization effect.
