This function allows you to set a specific time you would like to start cooking.
1)After select the desired menu, press the “Delay Time” button to go into delay time cooking
mode, the display will show 01
2)Adjust cooking duration between 0 and 24 hours by pressing the “+” or “-” button.
3)Cooking starts automatically in 5 seconds after the last key is pressed.
4)When cooking finishes, the cooker beeps and goes into the “Auto Keep Warm Cycle.

Press “Pressure” key repeatedly to change between 6 pressure levels. Cooking pressure
can be adjusted for all menu selections, except for “Slow Cook”, “Sauté, “yogurt” and
Warm.
However, from time to time you may see a small steam coming out of the pressure
release valve along with occasional sputtering. This is perfectly normal.

Optional 1: Change cooking time of preset menus
Every menu has default cooking time showing on display after selection. If you need to
change the cooking time, there are two ways:
Note: The built-in cooking time is suitable for general purpose food. Please use
Pressure cooking Time for Menus “ table (previous page) to determine the appropriate
cooking time based on the specific food, the quantity of food and your texture preference.
Optional 2: Change cooking pressure of preset menus
Every preset menu has default cooking pressure after selection. But if you need to change
the cooking pressure, press Pressure key repeatedly to change between 6 pressure
levels. Cooking pressure can be adjusted for all menu selections, except for Slow Cook,
“Sauté”, yogurt and Warm.

time counts down.

Clean the bottom of inner pot and surface of heating plate before placing the inner pot.
After placing the inner pot inside the housing, rotate the inner pot slightly to ensure
good contact between the inner pot and the heating element.
