ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Make sure you have all items listed under PARTS LIST and PARTS BAG CONTENTS before

you begin the installation process.

PARTS BAG CONTAINS:

BEFORE ASSEMBLING OR OPERATING YOUR GRILL.

This grill is designed with Dual Fuel Valves to easily

convert from LP (propane) gas to natural gas.

A Brinkmann conversion kit must be purchased

and installed for use with natural gas.

Inspect contents of the box to ensure all parts are included and undamaged.

Step 1

Attach left side table front panel

to left side table using three

M6 x 10 mm bolts and star

washers. Tighten bolts securely.

Step 2

Attach left side table to left side

of grill body assembly. Place left

side table keyholes over the pre-

attached bolts and slide back.

Tighten securely. Fasten left side

table front panel to grill body with

one M6 x 10 mm bolt and star

washer.

Step 3

Attach side burner front panel to

side burner assembly using three

M6 x 10 mm bolts and star

washers. Tighten bolts securely.

Step 4

Attach side burner assembly to right

side of grill body assembly. Place

side burner assembly keyholes over

the pre-attached bolts and slide

back. Tighten securely. Fasten right

side table front panel to grill body

with one M6 x 10 mm bolt and star

washer.

Step5

Insert the pre-attached screws in

the side burner valve assembly

through the holes in the side burner

front panel, then rmly seat the

valve nozzle into the burner venturi.

Slide the burner valve assembly

down in the keyholes on the side

burner control knob bezel as

shown to lock in place. Tighten with

screwdriver.

WARNING: Never use your grill

without leak testing all

gas connections and

hoses. See the section

on“LeakTesting”in

this manual for proper

procedures.

Step6

Install side burner control knob onto

valve stem.

Step7

Attach side burner igniter lead wire

to the electrode as illustrated.

Place the side burner grate onto

the side burner table.

Step9

Insert the support racks into the

holes on the inside walls of the

smoker.

Step 10

Attach heat shield with brackets

to water pan support. Then slide

water pan support into the lowest

rack.

Place the wood chip pan and wood

chip lid onto the center of the heat

shield.

Step 12

Place water pan onto water pan

support.

Step 13

Slide the smoker cooking grills onto

support racks.

Step 14

Slide the smoker grease tray into

the smoker chamber under the

burner.

Step15

Insert grease tray in back of grill,

then hang grease cup on brackets

under the grease tray.

Step 14

Place the heat distribution plates

on lower level of grill body

assembly directly above burners.

Step15

Place cooking grills on support

ribs directly above heat distribution

plates

Step16

Insert warming rack onto brackets

so that it sits above the cooking

grills.

Step17

Remove igniter cap and insert

battery with position end of battery

toward igniter cap. Ensure spring is

in place inside igniter cap. Replace

igniter cap and make sure the

igniter is working properly.
