IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
For your own safety read the following instructions carefully before attempting to connect this unit
to mains power:
You should only plug the appliance into a 220V-240V AC, 50Hz supply. Connecting it to other power
sources will damage the appliance.
1. Please carefully read the instructions and check components before operating.
2. This appliance is intended for household use only.
3. Do not use the appliance other than intended or specified purposes.
4. Make sure the voltage mark on the appliance corresponds to the voltage in your home before
plugging in the power cord in order to avoid damage to the appliance.
5. To protect against electrical shock, do not place cord, plug, or base unit in water or other
liquids. Don’t operate machine with wet hand or place on a wet working place. Do not let the
cord hang over the edge of the table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or

similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Unplug from outlet when not in use or before cleaning any part of the appliance.
8. It is prohibited to plug or unplug with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
9. To disconnect, remove plug from the electric outlet.
10. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
11. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
12. Do not use outdoors or in damp conditions
13. Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
Ensure that the power cord does not touch any hot surface and that it does not overhang
the edge of your work surface
14. Do not use attachments or accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer.
This may cause malfunction or injury.
15. Do not attempt to replace the power cord on this appliance. This should only be carried out
by authorized service personnel with specialist tools
16. Store the appliances away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children
17. Always ensure there is liquid in the glass jar during the heating process.
18. Keep hands and utensils far away from the product while the machine is working
19. Handle the blades with care as they are extremely sharp. Do not touch the blades by hand
directly.
20. The blades cannot be disassembled from the glass jar base.
21. Do not remove the lid or measuring cup when the machine is working to avoid spillage

INTRODUCTION
Introducing the Avancer Deluxe Hot and Cold Blender. This unit can do it all - Make Soup, Juice,
Shakes, Crush Ice, Steam Eggs and Simmer! It is a true multi-function cooking machine that
belongs in every kitchen.

Work smarter in the kitchen with this Soup Maker. The large 1.75L Borosciliate Glass Jar makes
this a perfect family soup machine.
With 3 temperature levels and an easy to use LED Timer to set the exact cooking time, making
soup has never been easier.
Assembly
1. Install the rubber seal on the lid
2. Put the measuring cup in the lid
3. Cover the lid on the glass jub
4. Mount the glass jug to the machine body. The white triangle under the jug handle should be
aligned with the white triangle on the machine body.
Caution: Ensure the dots line up and do not force the jug on
Operation
Soup Maker Function
In order to make soup first consult a recipe book and adjust as necessary to suit the machine
The recommended proportion of water and solid ingredients is 5:3 Water (500-875g), Solid
Ingredients (300-525g), Potato (No more than 300g).
The total capacity should be no more than 1.4L (1400g)
1. Pour some oil into the jar (oil must be more than 20g)
2. Add chopped onions
3. Cover the lid on the glass jar
4. Press power button
5. Set the heating time by pressing the + button. Set it to 1 minute
6. Press High button to fry onion
7. Turn the machine off after frying then open the lid
8. Add food (water or broth). Potatos should be less than 300 grams.
9. Cover the lid on the glass jar
10. Press the power button again and set heating time. Generally around 30 minutes
11. Press the High button
12. After heating, turn the knob to 3 location to blend the ingredients for around 1 minute.
13. Adjust the heating time based on your desire for a chunky or smooth soup. To make it
smoother you can heat for another 20 minutes on Low
WARNING: Before operation please refer to the above reference for the proportion of water
and ingredients.
Blender Function

1. The blender can be used as a standard blender to blend ingredients or crush ice.
2. Ensure water level does not exceed 1.75L after adding ingredients and water
3. The solid materials should be chopped into cubes about 2x2x2 cm
4. Ensure the lid is pressed onto the jar and is securely covered
5. Plug in the machine and press the power switch after mounting the glass jar onto the body.
6. When 88 is shown on the LCD the unit is on standby
7. To blend ensure the knob is first turned to OFF and then turn to desired speed
8. Do not blend for more than 3 minutes each time
9. It is recommended to first select the 4

speed or pulse mode to break solid materials then
blend at low speed after solid materials have been crushed
10. The blender will stop automatically after working at the same speed for 3 minutes
11. During the blending process the LED will count down
12. During the pulse process the LED will repeat timing between 1 and 59 seconds.
How to operate the heating buttons
1. Plug in the machine and the indicator on the right side of machine should light up. Then
press the power button, the LED indicator lights up. The machine is now in standby mode
2. Press the Time button (+/-) to set heating time
3. Please set the heating time firstly prior to use the heating function.
4. After setting the heating time, food can be heated according to the heating temperature in
three heating modes.

How to operate the mix button
1. Press and hold the Mix button to start the mixing function.
2. It will stop mixing when not being held.
3. You can press the Mix button for blending at low speed
4. The mix function can be operated during the heating process. If heating without automatic
mixing function then press and hold mix button to mix food.
Cleaning and Maintenance
First read the instructions in the section titled “IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS”.
1. Always clean the product immediately after each use, ensure the product is unplugged from
the electrical outlet before cleaning.
2. Never clean the machine in dishwasher, and do not dry it in microwave oven.
3. The blade is extremely sharp, so be careful when cleaning blades and glass jar, do not touch
the blade directly by hands.
4. The glass jar is still quite hot after heating process, so it is better to clean when cool
5. Clean the glass jar set by the provided brush or automatic dishwasher
How to clean the glass jar and blades
1. You can disassemble the glass jar from the jar base carefully when cleaning. Ensure you do
not touch the blade directly with your hands
2. Ensure the seal ring is placed correctly inside the jar base.
3. Place the glass jar into the base and ensure it does not tilt
4. Turn the glass jar clockwise until tight. The handle should align with the arrow

How to clean the machine body and lid
1. Remove the measuring cup and rubber seal from lid.
2. Clean the measuring cup, lid and rubber seal in warm water. Use the provided brush to clean
thoroughly. These parts can also be cleaned in an automatic dishwasher.
3. Wipe them with a soft clean towel.
4. Wipe the machine body and power cord carefully with a soft damp cloth
