ALL-5 Mobile AC series products are piston pumps designed for lubrication purposes.
Transportation ability of pruduct gives opportunity to work different areas. Standard 16
or 20 liters grease buckets can be used as reservoir. Pump has one outlet and if more
points are needed progressive distributors can divide one outlets displacement dosages
needed.

CHANGING THE BUCKET
To detache the pump, carefully lift up the pump by holding the top cover.
Open up the cover of the standard 16L or 20L grease bucket.
Firstl the pump should be plunged in horizontal position to the bucket. Then get the
pump body to vertical position and settle the pump by pushing forward and backward
inside of the bucket. There must be no air under the follower plate.
Pump is ready to lubricate.

vehicles coming from reasons above.
9. Damages occur while repairing the pump by unauthorized staff ARE NOT COVERED
UNDER WARRANTY SCOPE.Except the conditions mentioned in PUMP
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS consult the technical service or leave the
maintenance to technical service.
8. If the pump is working out of grease it will try to send air instead of grease and will
not provide any grease. Damages on pump and on the system coming from that
reason ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY SCOPE.
7. Grease to be used in the system must certainly be clean and any foreign material
must not enter while changing bucket. Damages coming from the small particules
inside the system ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY SCOPE.
6. First check the grease to be in specifications of the pump. Use NLGI 0 for cold
weather, increase the NLGI class up to 2 for hot weathers. Grease should be Lithium
based and EP additive.
5. Leaving an uncovered cable during electric connections might cause fatal damages
on voltage regulator. Cables must be installed properly and risk of electric shock
must take into consideration. Damages coming from low and high voltage, wrong
electric installation or using a different voltage from products specifications ARE
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY SCOPE.
4. Pumps have an electric driven motor and must connected to an appropriate electric
source and electrical connections must be done properly.
3. Washing of the pump under pressured water is object to damages. Damages occur
from this reason ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY SCOPE.
2. Pumps are produced to lubrication purpose and are not convenient to work continious
more than 10 minutes. Working continuously under maximum pressure will harm the
system. Damages occur from this reason ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
SCOPE.
1. Damages occur while additional transports after delivering the goods from ALLFETT
to the customer ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY SCOPE.

PUMP MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Pumps working parts might be damaged by dust or dirt coming from lubricant.
Please call ALLFETT Service.

Lubricant bucket might be empty. Please change the bucket according to items
in CHANGING BUCKET.

2. If Pump runs but lubricant is not coming :
This pump works with 380 V AC voltage. Please check the electric connection1a.
Because of the blockage on the lubrication line, system pressure may be increased
over the pressure swichs maximum limit therefore pump might not run. Please
check the lubrication line and lubrication point.

Electrical connections of the pump may be loosen or broken. Please check the
electrical connections and the cables.

1. If Pump is not running
Please check the fuses (Schema-2) right side on the electronic control card box.1b.
Using higher viscosity grease may couse low flowrate. Please use NLGI 0-1-2
class grease.
2d.
Pump could be taken air inside. Open the top cover and push weight and follower
plate down. If this problem continue, start up the pump until running out the air
inside the pump.
DANGEROUS OR HARMFUL CONDITIONS TO
ENVIRONMENTAL AND HUMAN HEALTH DURING USE
All ALLFETT systems are producing according to relevant provisions of security
regulations. There is no risk for environmental and human health during use.
PACKING & TRANSPORTATION
All ALLFETT systems are packed with support material to reduce any harm to your
mechanic and electronic equipment. But the packages must caried carefully by
considering a posibility of a damage.

Utilisation of this warranty certificate has been permitted by The Republic of Turkey, The
Ministry of Industrial and Commerce, The general Administration of Protection of Consumer
Right and Competition, in accordance with the law numbered 4077 .

SERVICE STATION
The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
The product including all its components is under the warranty of our company.
In case of defects within the warranty period the period spent in repairing is added
to the warranty period. The repairing period is maximum 30 days. This period starts
from the date of delivery of the product to the services centers or to the seller, the
agency the representative, the importer or the manufacturer of the product respectively,
in case there are service centers.
In case the product has material, workmanship or manufacturing defects, the product
will be repaired free of charge and expenses of any sort including labor, the value
of the parts replaced or any our charges.
The product will be replaced free of charge;
- If the product permanently disfunctions due to repeating the same defect more
than four times within the warranty period
- If the maximum period for repairing is exceeded.
- If it is determined that the defect cannot be repaired by report written by the
service, or in the absence of service centers, by the seller, agency, representative,
importer or manufacturer of the product respectively.
The present warranty does not cover damages resulting from importer handling by
deviating from the instructions in the manual.
General administration of protection of consumer rights and competition in the ministry
of industry and commorce may be applied for problems concerning the warranty
certificate.
