CR-4B Cylinder Rack
WARNING: FALLING EQUIPMENT can cause serious personal injury and equipment damage.
• Use equipment of adequate capacity to lift the unit.
• If using lift forks to handle this unit, be sure the lift forks are long enough to extend out of the opposite
side of the base.
• Do not place any part of the body under the unit while it is suspended.
IMPORTANT: The running gear wheels and front pivot support require periodic greasing.

Assembly Instructions (Figure 1)
1. Install front axle shaft (22) through holes in cart handle assembly (24). Install inside flat washers (20), wheels
(21), and outside flat washers (20). Secure wheels in place with supplied retaining rings (23).
2. Install front pivot support (18) onto generator base with supplied hardware (17, 9, 8), and coat bottom of pivot
support with grease.

3. Install cart handle assembly (24) onto pivot support (18), and secure by installing flat washer (20) and retaining
ring (19).
4. Remove and retain screws (7) from rear holes on generator base. Block cylinder rack (3) in position, and secure
using supplied 1/4-20 hardware (2,7) and retained screws.
5. Install rear axle (15) onto generator base with supplied hardware (17, 9, 8). Remove paint from ends of axle and
coat with grease. Install wheels (11) and flat washers (10), and secure in place with retaining rings (16).
