With the use of left-hand temperature regulator, the lower baseplate heater
is controlled, concurrently with the radiator, which heats up baseplate
from the top. With its waste heat, the radiator heats up also the shelf.
4. In the meantime, prepare required warm food and fill the appropriate containers
or plates with the food.
5. Place food on the shelf and the lower baseplate.
The food will be kept warm, in the selected temperature for the required period.
6. Remove the required food from the front and serve.
7. If appliance is no longer used, switch it off, by setting the ON/OFF switch in “O”
position.
8. Disconnect the appliance from mains power supply.
The appliance is equipped with 2 safety thermostats:
– Automatic reset thermostat turns the device off in case of overheating (above
125°C). In such a case, disconnect the appliance from the electric power supply
and leave it to cool down. When it has cooled down, you may start using the
appliance as usual.
– When the automatic reset thermostat is damaged and the device overheats, the
2nd safety thermostat turns on at 150°C and it switches off the appliance. In
such a case, contact the customer service or vendor.
6 Cleaning
6.1 Safety Instructions for cleaning
• Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
• Leave the appliance to cool down completely.
• Make sure water does not enter the appliance. Do not immerse the appliance in
water or other liquids during cleaning. Do not clean the appliance with a
pressurized water jet.
• Do not use any sharp or pointed, nor metal implements (knife, fork, etc.). Sharp
or pointed implements may damage the appliance, and when in contact with live
parts, they may cause electric shock.
• For cleaning, do not use any scouring agents that contain solvents nor corrosive
cleaning agents. They may damage the surface.
