SERVICE TECHNICIAN, SERVICE AGENCY, OR THE GAS SUPPLIER.
Do’s Don’ts
1. Do read and follow all information provided.
2. Do install this unit in accordance with all codes and ordinances as mentioned
in the owner's manual.
3. Do always size the burner to the fi replace accordingly. Reference all manuals
supplied with your unit to determine minimum dimension requirements.
4. Don’t cover the pilot assembly with any type of material, (i.e. sand, vermiculite,
glowing embers, glass media).
5. Don’t install the valve system in any other manner other than as instructed
in the owner’s manual(s) supplied with your unit.
6. Don’t make modifi cations the burner or valve assembly. Don’t substitute
or add components other than those sold and/or approved by the R.H.
Peterson Co.
7. Don’t operate the burner system with the glass doors closed. However, you
should close your glass doors when the burner system is not operating. A
fi replace screen must be in place during operation of the fi replace.
