IMPORTANT: Please read, understand, and comply with all of the instructions provided in this

manual before using the device. Failure to comply with the instructions given in this manual

and/or using the device in ways other than the ones mentioned in this manual may result in

serious injury and/or damage to the product.

Only use this humidiﬁer as described in

this manual.

• Ensure that the plug ﬁts properly into a

polarized power socket.

• When not in use, turn the machine o

and disconnect from a power source by

removing the plug from the outlet.

• DO NOT attempt to open the base

or attempt to remove the water level

sensor for self-servicing. Doing so will

void your warranty and may increase

the risk of damage to the product,

electric shock, or injury.

• DO NOT handle the power cord or

plug with wet hands. Keep the plug and

power cord away from liquids.

• DO NOT use this product in wet

environments.

• Keep the humidiﬁer out of reach from

children.

• Keep the humidiﬁer at least 40 inches

away from the wall.

• Always make sure to place the

humidiﬁer on a ﬂat, level surface before

operation.

• Position the humidiﬁer so that there is a

10-inch clearance from walls.

• Direct the nozzle so that the produced

mist is at least 40 inches from walls.

• DO NOT place the humidiﬁer near

sources of heat, such as stove tops,

ovens, radiators, or computers.

• DO NOT place the humidiﬁer near

any large pieces of furniture or in any

high-trac area where it can be easily

knocked over.

• DO NOT place the the humidiﬁer

directly on ﬂoors, carpets, or rugs.

• Fill the water tank with at least two cups

of water.

• DO NOT ﬁll the water tank through

the nozzle or mist tube. Doing so may

damage the humidiﬁer.

• Only ﬁll the water tank with distilled,

ﬁltered, puriﬁed, or tap water. Never ﬁll

the water tank with any other liquids.

• DO NOT add essential oils,

supplemental water treatment liquids,

or additional water ﬁlters into the water

tank.

• DO NOT place foreign objects into the

unit’s base or water tank. Do not use

other items as replacement parts for this

product.

• DO NOT use your hand or any other

object to cover the nozzle while the

unit is on. Doing so may damage the

product.

• If the relative humidity in your room

exceeds 68% while operating the

humidiﬁer, it is recommended to use the

low mist setting or turn o the device.

IMPORTANT

• Make sure your room is well-ventilated;

this will better help humidify your room.

before moving the humidiﬁer.

• DO NOT clean the unit while it is

connected to a power source or while

it is on.

• DO NOT immerse the humidiﬁer base,

power cord, or plug while cleaning the

unit.

• DO NOT use cleaning detergents to

clean the humidiﬁer; only clean the

humidiﬁer as instructed in this manual

(page 16).

• If the unit is damaged or is not

functioning properly, discontinue

use and contact Customer Support

immediately (page 21).

GETTING STARTED

1. Remove the top cover from the water

tank and set it aside. Carefully lift the

built-in handle to remove the water tank

from the base.

2. Flip the tank over and twist the water

tank cap counterclockwise to remove it.

NOTE:

• For best results, ﬁll the water tank with distilled water.

• DO NOT ﬁll the tank with hot water.

• DO NOT add water through the nozzle or mist tube.

3. Fill up the water tank with cold or room

temperature water; it is recommended

to use distilled water for best results

[Figure 1.2]. You can gauge how much

water is in the water tank by looking

through the water tank window

[Figure 1.3]; the maximum capacity of the

water tank is 1.1 gallons (4.5 L).

4. Once you have ﬁlled the tank to the

desired level, replace the cap and turn

it clockwise to secure it tightly to the

water tank. [Figure 1.4]

5. Carefully place the water tank back onto

the base, making sure the water tank

cap is aligned with its respective port

inside the inner chamber. [Figure 1.5]

OPERATION

NOTE:

• Remember to position the humidiﬁer at least 10

inches away from walls, and direct the nozzle so

that the produced mist is at least 40 inches away

from walls.

• The nozzle can rotate 360° to diuse mist in any

direction. [Figure 2.2]

• If you encounter any issues while operating

the humidiﬁer, please see the Troubleshooting

section on page 18. If you encounter any issues

that are not mentioned in the Troubleshooting

section, contact Customer Support with the

information provided on page 21.

General Operation

1. Place the humidiﬁer on a ﬂat, elevated

surface. (Tables and nightstands work best!)

2. Plug the unit into an electrical outlet.

3. Tap the power button once to turn on the

humidiﬁer; it will start operating on low mist as

the default setting. Once the humidiﬁer is on,

you can also change the mist level by tapping

the power button again (See chart on page 11).

4. When the water level is low the power button

will light up red, and the humidiﬁer will stop

producing mist.

5. Unplug the humidiﬁer and reﬁll the water tank

as mentioned in the Getting Started section

(page 8).

NOTE:

• Low mist is the default setting when the humidiﬁer is initially turned on.

• While the humidiﬁer is operating, the power button light will automatically turn o after 30

seconds of inactivity. To check or change the current mist setting, simply tap the power

button again.

• The night-light will remain on if the humidiﬁer shuts o due to low water level.

Power Button Functions

USING THE AROMA BOX

Your new humidiﬁer can also be used as an aroma diuser to provide added

comfort in your home.

1. Turn o and unplug the humidiﬁer from

its power source.

2. Locate the aroma box at the back of the

base. [Figure 3.1]

3. Gently push the aroma box into the

base, and it will automatically spring out.

Once the the aroma box is released,

remove it from the base.

4. Add 2-3 drops of essential oil on the

aroma pad. Replace the aroma box.

5. Fill the water tank with water and place

it back on the base as mentioned in

the Getting Started section (page 8).

6. Plug in and turn on the humidiﬁer.

NOTE:

• You can also add medicated vaporizing steam liquid to the aroma pad.

• The aroma pad can be cleaned and reused after diusing essential oils (see page 17).

PREVENTING WATER LEAKS

When not sealed properly, the water tank on your new humidiﬁer may leak. The following tips

will ensure that your humidiﬁer will operate smoothly.

1. Make sure the silicone ring around the

water tank cap is secured at all times.

2. Twist the cap clockwise to secure it

tightly onto the water tank. [Figure 4.2]

3. When moving the humidiﬁer, remove

the tank from the base and empty any

excess water inside the inner chamber

before moving the base.

NOTE: There will be a small gap between the

cap and the water tank. This is normal.

4. Wipe o any excess water on the top and bottom of the base. [Figure 4.5]

5. DO NOT shake the humidiﬁer or place it on an inclined surface. Always make sure to

place the humidiﬁer on a ﬂat, level surface. [Figure 4.6]

KEEPING THINGS CLEAN

General Cleaning

CAUTION: Make sure the humidiﬁer is completely unplugged from any power

source when cleaning.

1. Unplug the humidiﬁer.

2. Remove the top cover from the water

tank. Rinse the nozzle under clean

running water, then set it aside to air dry.

DO NOT attempt to remove the nozzle

from the cover.

3. Remove the water tank from the base

and pour out any excess water. Fill

the tank with 2 cups of distilled white

vinegar and 2 cups of water; replace the

cap and gently shake to coat all sides of

the water tank.

4. Fill the inner chamber with 1 cup of

distilled vinegar. [Figure 5.1]

5. Allow the vinegar to soak inside both

the water tank and inner chamber for 30

minutes.

6. Use the included cleaning brush to

remove any scale buildup inside the

inner chamber. [Figure 5.2]

7. Pour out the vinegar from both parts of

the humidiﬁer and thoroughly rinse with

warm water.

8. Dry all parts with a dry, clean cloth.

Make sure all parts of the humidiﬁer are

completely dry before reassembling and

storing in a covered space.

NOTE: The water in the inner chamber near the transducer may still be warm after turning o the unit. Use

caution when pouring out the water.

Cleaning the Aroma Pad Disinfecting the Humidiﬁer

1. Press the aroma box to release it from

the base, then pull it out.

2. Remove the aroma pad from the aroma

box.

3. Rinse the pad under warm running

water.

4. Dry with a clean cloth and place it back

into the aroma box.

NOTE:

• It is recommended to change the aroma pad

every 6 months.

• DO NOT pour liquid cleaners or detergents into

the aroma box.

• DO NOT use liquid cleaners or detergents to

wash the aroma pad.

1. Clean the water tank as instructed in the

General Cleaning section (page 16).

2. Fill the water tank with 1 teaspoon of

bleach along with one gallon of water.

3. Place ¼ teaspoon of bleach along with 1

cup of water into the base.

4. Allow the solutions in both parts to sit

for 30 minutes.

5. Pour out the mixtures from both the

water tank and base and rinse both

parts thoroughly under clean, running

water.

6. Allow the water tank and base to

completely air dry before reassembling

the humidiﬁer.

NOTE:

• Always wear gloves to protect your hands

while using bleach.

• A 3-percent hydrogen peroxide solution may

also be used to disinfect the humidiﬁer.

• DO NOT use the humidiﬁer immediately after

disinfecting; doing so may pose a potential

health hazard.

It is recommended to disinfect the water

tank before or after storing the humidiﬁer

for long periods of time. This method should

also be used if there is any mold buildup

inside the water tank.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Cause Solution

No mist coming out

of nozzle.

Unit is not plugged in. Plug the humidiﬁer into a powered

electrical outlet.

Unit is not turned on. Tap the power button to turn on the

unit.

No water in tank. Add at least two cups of clean water

into the water tank.

Water level is low.

Humidiﬁer produces

an unusual smell.

Unit is new. Rinse the water tank and allow the

humidiﬁer to air dry.

Residual smell from diusing

essential oil on the aroma pad.

Clean the water tank as instructed on

the Keeping Things Clean section on

page 16.

Dirty water, or water has been in tank

for a long time.

Humidiﬁer makes

a loud or unusual

noise.

Tank is positioned incorrectly. Align the water tank cap with its

respective port inside the inner

chamber.

Water level is low. Add at least two cups of clean water

into the water tank.

Unit is not level. Place unit on a ﬂat, level surface.

Unit is malfunctioning. Turn o and unplug the unit;

discontinue use. Contact Customer

Support (page 21).

Mist is coming out

from base.

Water tank is not positioned correctly. Turn o/unplug the unit, then align the

water tank cap with its respective port

inside the inner chamber.

White dust appears

Water being used has a high mineral

content.

Use distilled water with the humidiﬁer.

If distilled water is not available, use

puriﬁed or ﬁltered water. Remember to

clean your water tank at least once a

month.

Puddle of water

Mist setting is too high. Switch the humidiﬁer to a lower mist

setting.

Room is not well-ventilated. Open a window to ensure proper

airﬂow for your humidiﬁer, or move the

humidiﬁer to a more well-ventilated

room.

Excess water that has spilled from

ﬁlling the water tank or replacing the

water tank back onto the base.

Wipe o excess water from the top and

bottom of the base before replacing the

water tank.

Humidiﬁer base is leaking. Unplug the humidiﬁer immediately and

discontinue use. See the Preventing

Water Leaks section on page 14 before

resuming use. If your unit continues to

leak, contact Customer Support (page 21).

Power button shines

solid red.

Water level is low. Add at least two cups of clean water

into the water tank.

No water in the tank.

Water level sensor is malfunctioning. Unit may be defective. Contact

Customer Support (page 21).

Power button does

not work.

Unit has malfunctioned. Contact Customer Support (page 21).

or warnings included in the product packaging

This warranty does not apply to the following:

• Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration,

misuse, tampering or vandalism.

• Improper or inadequate maintenance.

• Damage in return transit.

• Unsupervised use by children under 18 years

of age.

other than for its intended use or as instructed
