How to disable Alexa Voice Services in your BMW

In the BMW > Settings > General Settings > Personal Assistants > Voice Control

Third Party Providers disabled

On mobile device > Open MyBMW App > Profile > Amazon Alexa > Disconnect

Open the Alexa App in

your BMW under Menu >

Alexa

Scan the QR code with

your smartphone or open

amazon.com/code. Now

type in the code shown in

your BMW to log in with

your Amazon account.
