Connecting your New Remote

A. Open the cover of your gate opener, and lift the panel to find

the circuit board.

B. On the gate operator circuit board, look for the words OFF <-> ON

(generally on the left side), and flip the switch to ON.

C. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the back of your new remote control.

D. On the back of the remote control are 1-8 dip switches. Each switch can be moved in three

positions: +, 0, or -. Set these 8 switches to any random position of your choice.

E. On the gate operator circuit board, look for the 1-8 dip switches, generally located on the left

side of the circuit board (some circuit boards may have the dip switches on the right side). Set

the same positions of the 1-8 dip switches as you did on the remote control in the previous

step.

F. Finished

If that does not work, look for the KEY2 <-> KEY1 switch located on the left side of the gate

opener circuit board, and switch it to the other side.
