Connecting the Camera

Power Input: If not using PoE,
connect the camera to a 12V DC power
source (420mA or higher required).
Ethernet Connector: Connect the
camera to an NVR or a router or
switch on your network using
CAT5e or better Ethernet cable (not
included). PoE supported (802.3af).
NOTE: For instructions on
weatherproofing the Ethernet
connection, see “Using the
RJ45 Cap (Optional)” on reverse.

Disabling Camera Audio

In Live view, click the camera channel to open in full-
screen. Right-click and then click Main Menu. Enter the
system user name and password if prompted.
Audio is enabled by default. To disable camera audio through
an NVR:

Click and select RECORDING.
Uncheck the checkbox to disable audio for Main
Stream.
Click Apply to save your changes.

Under Channel, select the camera you would like to
configure.
Configure the following:

Under Type, select Continuous.
You can also disable audio and video for Sub
Stream. Uncheck the check box to disable audio for
Sub Stream
Uncheck the check box to disable video for Sub
Stream

Click OK when finished.
Use the included Allen key to loosen the dome cover
screws (2×). Remove the dome cover.
ATTENTION:
Test the camera prior to selecting a permanent mounting location by
temporarily connecting the camera(s) and cables to the NVR.
Installing the Camera

Use the included mounting template to mark holes for
the mounting screws and camera cable.

Drill holes for the mounting screws and camera cable.
NOTE: Use the included drywall anchors if needed.
Connect cables as shown in the section “Connecting the
Camera”.
Attach the camera base to the mounting surface using
the included mounting screws (4×).

the camera to default

Remove the vinyl film from the dome cover when your
installation is complete.
Use a Philips head screwdriver (not included) to loosen
the lens module adjustment screw. Do not loosen all the
way.

Adjust the angle of the camera as needed.
A) Turn the lens holder up to 45°
B) Tilt the lens module up to 90°
C) Rotate the lens module 360°

Tighten the lens module adjustment screw when
finished.

Cover the camera base with the dome cover and tighten
the screws on either side of the dome cover.
