Overview
When mounted properly, Ergotron
ARMS™ will provide ergonomic monitor
viewing and keyboard operation for a
wide range of users - whether sitting,
standing or in sit/stand situations.
The dimensioned drawings and formulas
contained in this guide can be used to
determine the ergonomically correct
mounting height of any of Ergotron's
Flat Panel Monitor/Keyboard solutions
mounted to either a vertical or a
horizontal surface. If mounting above
a worksurface, mounting heights may
change due to various worksurface
heights.
The Anthropometric Table on page
10 shows how mounting heights are
calculated based on the eye and elbow
heights of male and female operators.
To Mount your Flat Panel Monitor or Keyboard at an ergonomically
correct height, start at step 1 and continue as directed.
