1) Why does the charging speed vary on occasion?

Due to the fact that your tablet / smartphone will determine charging

voltage by its remaining battery, the charging speed differs.

Yes. The smart charging station will assign power to different devices base

on the max. voltage.

Thank you for choosing ALXUM product. This product provides rapid

charging with the BC1.2 technology. Also, the maximum power output

up to 2.4A allows you to charge devices like iPad, tablets in a fast and

safe manner. 10-Port smart charging station is suitable for corporate,

home, school, public transport station, restaurant etc.

Separators Installation

Separator provides flexible adjustment depend on user’s need. Basically,

user needs to plug in a separator on the top of the charging station (Overly

wide space between separator is NOT recommended because of safety

reason), as shown in picture.
