with washers (#C,D).
Align seat (#1) to chair back (#3), then secure by using
bolts (#A) with washers (#C,D).
DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS
UNTIL FULL ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETED.
