Activating and deactivating
To activate the hob, touch . When the
hob is active, control bars light up on the
control panel.
When you activate the hob and place
the cookware in the correct position, the
hob recognizes it and the appropriate
control panel lights up. The red cooking
zone indicator appears above the
control bar and indicates the position of
the pot.
Each square on the control panel
represents one square on the cooking
surface.

The heat setting Powerboost function
To set or change the heat setting for a cooking zone, touch
the control bar at the desired heat setting or slide your nger
along the control bar.
This function activates more power for the appropriate
induction cooking zones, and it depends on the cookware
size. The function can be activated for the induction cooking
zone only for a limited period of time. You cannot use this
function with Vertical or Horizontal mode.
To activate the function for the appropriate cooking zone:
touch
. The symbol turns red.
For maximum duration values, refer to “Technical
data” chapter.
Cookware positions
For small pots
Place the cookware with the
bottom diameter between 100
mm and 160 mm centrally on a
single triangle:
For medium-sized pots
Place the cookware with the
bottom diameter between 160
mm and 210 mm centrally on a
pair of triangles:
For large pots
Place the cookware with the
bottom diameter between 240
mm and 360 mm centrally on
four single triangles:
For rectangular or oval pots
Place the cookware to cover 3
or 4 triangles in the vertical or
horizontal position:
Use these modes with the Innite Plancha accessory. The
accessory is not supplied with the appliance. For more
information, contact your local supplier.
