the backrest and footrest frame, body pad, and head pillow, and you’re done!

ATTACH THE FOOTREST FRAME

ATTACH THE RECLINE ACTUATOR

1. Remove the two screws from the footrest frame.

2.Inserttheendsofthefootrestframeintothechairframe(Fig.1).

3.UsingaPhillips-headscrewdriver,replacethetwoscrewstosecurethefootrestframe(Fig.2).

1. Align the mounting point on the recline actuator with the corresponding bracket in the center of the footrest

 frame,theninsertthehingepinthroughthebracket(Fig.3).

2.Installthecotterpinontheendofthehingepin(Fig.4).

SECURE THE CANVAS AROUND THE FOOTREST FRAME

1.Pullthecanvasfirmlytowardthefootrest(Fig.5).

2.Wrapthetwoupperflapsaroundthefootrestframe,then

secure then to the canvas using the hook-and-loop

 fasteners(Fig.5).

3. Pull the canvas firmly toward the footrest, wrap the end

flap around the footrest frame, then secure the flap to

the underside of the canvas using the hook-and-loop

 fasteners(Fig.6).

4.Pullfirmlyoutwardonthetwosideflaps,wrapthemaround

the footrest frame, then secure the flaps to the underside of

 thecanvasusingthehook-and-loopfasteners(Fig.7).

ATTACH THE BODY PAD

ATTACH THE HEAD PILLOW

1. Pull the canvas firmly toward the headrest.

2.Wraptheupperflaparoundtheheadrestframe,

then secure it to the canvas using the hook-and-

 loopfasteners(Fig.10).

Be sure you pull the canvas as tight as possible,

as this is important for proper chair performance.

1.Slidetheheadrestendofthebodypadovertheheadrestframe(Fig.11).

2.Slidethefootrestendofthebodypadoverthefootrestframe(Fig.12).

3.Standingatthefootrest,graspbothsidesofthebodypadandliftitupward(Fig.13).

4.Pushthebodypadfirmlytowardthebackrest,thenlowerittotheseatcanvas,securingitusing

 thehook-and-loopfasteners(Fig.14).

Attach the head pillow straps to the headrest straps

by joining the hook-and-loop fasteners. Adjust the

headpillowheightformaximumcomfort(Fig.15).

2.Inserttheendsofthebackrestframeintothechairframe(Fig.8).

3.UsingaPhillips-headscrewdriver,replacethetwoscrewstosecurethebackrestframe(Fig.9).

Using your Human Touch Perfect Chair is easy. Just take a seat and adjust

the chair to the desired position. The Perfect Chair cradles you in zero-

gravity comfort, with your feet above your heart—the ultimate neutral-

posture position for back and spine relief.

You recline and incline the chair using the recline switch that is located on the left-hand chair

leg. Before adjusting the recline angle, make sure there is nothing located directly behind or

beneath the chair. Press and hold the back of the switch to recline; press and hold the front of

theswitchtoincline(Fig.16).

Whileseated,reachupwithbothhandsandgraspbothsidesoftheheadrestframe.Tilttheheadrestforward

orbackwardformaximumcomfort(Fig.17).

To maintain your Human Touch product in optimum condition, dust it frequently and/or vacuum it with a soft brush vacuum

extension. SofSuede

productscanalsobebrushedwithasuedebrush.Ifyourproductbecomesdirty,useawater-based

upholstery cleaner only. To treat stains, spot clean with an upholstery shampoo or a mild detergent foam.

Maintenance and Repair:

1. The mechanics of this product are specially designed and constructed to be maintenance free. No periodic lubrication

or servicing is required.

2. Your chair should only be serviced by an authorized service center.

Use and Storage Environment:

1. Whennotinuseforalongperiodoftime,werecommendthatthechairbecovered,thepowercordbecoiledandthat

the unit be placed in an environment free of dust and moisture.

2.Donotstorenearheatoropenflame.

3.Donotleavethisproductexposedtodirectsunlightforlongperiodsoftime.Thismaycausefadingordamage.

4.Donotuseorstoreinextremetemperatures;productstoredincoldtemperaturesmayrequire48hoursatroom

temperature to function properly.
