Dans le cas de forte charge et vitesse de
rotation élevée, l'énergie cinétique atteinte
en fin de course peut dépasser les limites
maximales définies ci-dessus et entrainer
la détérioration du vérin rotatif.Pour limiter
l'énergie cinétique il faut réduire la vitesse
de rotation en adaptant sur l'installation
des réducteurs de débit pneumatique (à
monter au plus près du vérin) ou des
absorbeurs de chocs extérieurs.

factor inferior to or equal to 75 %

In case of heavy load and high speed
rotation, momentum at stroke end may
esceed the above limits and damage the
rotatable cylinder. To limit momentum,
reduce the rotation speed with flow
regulators (as close to the cylinder as pos-
sible)

MONTAGE DES BEFESTIGUNGSSATZES
Die Halterung für den Näherungsschalter
wird in eine Nut des Zylinders gesetzt
und mit der Schraube festgezogen.

Setzen Sie den Näherungsschalter auf
die Halterung.
Setzen Sie die Schraube in den
Näherungsschalter ein und ziehen Sie
die Einheit an.
Führen Sie die Einheit in die Nut ein.
Positionieren Sie die Einheit am ge-
wünschten Abtastpunkt.
Blockieren Sie die Einheit am Antrieb.
(Inbusschlüssel, SW 1,5 mm).
NOTA :
Pour les actionneurs RS à 3 et 4 posi-
tions, la détection intégrée s’effectue sur
les deux positions extrèmes
NOTE :
For type R and RS actuators with 3 or 4
positions the integrated detection is
effected at the end of travel on each side.
