1. Remove the lock nuts and washers from the
axle’s bolts (Fig. A).
With one washer remaining on the bolt, slide
the wheel on and then replace the washer and
lock nut.
Note: Ensure that wheels are able to rotate
freely after lock nuts are tightened.
Fit the black wheel caps (included in
hardware bag) firmly to the wheels.
2. Assemble Axle section (Fig. B) to main
Frame by matching up the holes in the axle to
the holes in the frame, then fix in place by
using 2 off 10x50mm bolts, 4 off 10mm
washers and 2 off 10mm nyloc nuts.
3. Place 1 washer over each of the mounting
bracket bolts (Fig. B) and then feed the bolts
through the holes in the frame. Use a washer
and nyloc nut to fix the bracket to the handle
side of the frame. Use a washer and the
clamping lever to fix the bracket to the axle
side of the frame.
4. Rotate the Mounting brackets (Fig. C) so that
the bracket holes are in the vertical position.
Align the fan so that:-
the fan impeller is towards the top,
the Junction box is towards the axle side
and
the power lead points towards the
mounting bracket.
Slide the fan in between the two brackets,
making sure that the brackets are on the
outside of the fan’s flange.
Fix them in place using 4 off 10x20mm bolts,
8 off 10mm washers and 4 off nyloc nuts.
5. Once all 4 nuts are done up tightly (Fig. D),
turn the fan to the required angle. The
clamping lever on the axle side of the frame
can be loosened to assist the turning of the fan
and then tightened at the required angle.
