DIGITAL METER PLUG-IN MODULE FOR MIGMASTER 275, P/N 0558008585

This easy-to-install, plug-in module mounts in place of the top blank cover plate of the upper-right front

panel location in the machine. This unique meter module alternately displays welding voltage and current

(of the dial-set welding condition) every 4-seconds. Two L.E.D.’s labeled Amps and Volts provided below the

meter windows, alternately illuminate to indicate which condition is being displayed. The voltage indica-

tion is displayed in 1/10-volt increments (e.g.: 20.5), while the current indication is usually displayed in three

whole digits (e.g.: 225). After the torch trigger is released, the meter will continue to ash for 20-seconds the

last condition used during welding. At the end of this time, the meter will reset to zero.

INSTALLING OPTIONAL DIGITAL METER PLUG-IN MODULE

1. Remove the top blank-cover plate from the upper right front panel of the power supply. Save the

mounting hardware.

2. Install the meter module through the front panel. Place module cover over protruding studs and secure

with hardware saved in Step 1.

3. Route module cable through relief notch and connect to 9 pin receptacle located on vertical shelf / par-

tition.

NOTE:

Red shunt lead must be connected to xed point tab which is located closest to the nega-

tive (-) output terminal.
