RF7 LED RETROFIT
Retrofit for existing 4430, 4400, 6000, 6100, 6200 Ingrades
1. Remove existing door, gasket and lens - set aside
for later use
2. Remove the existing ballast if fixture is HID
TIP: If existing fixture has a separate ballast compartment (as
shown above) you will need to open that to access the main
power coming into the fixture.
3. Connect the supply wire from the new driver into
the existing power feed using silicone wire nuts
(included).
4. Plug the driver into the bottom of the LED
module and tighten the plug ring to ensure a
water-tight seal.
5.Rest the Support Ring on the inner lip of the
housing.

6.Aim the fixture by loosening the screws on top of
the aiming arms, tilt up to 15°, and tighten the
screws to lock the aiming in place.
7.Replace the lens, gasket and door. Ensure the
sealing surface is clean and free of all debris and
clean out any screw holes as needed. Door
should be tightened using a star pattern as
shown in figure 1 to 50 inch pounds.
