Attach the front to the frame. Fasten the front to the frame using
the 4 bolts,
(2 on each side of the front).
Unscrew the 4 bolts of the fixator,
with the size 4 Allen Key.
Screw the bolt into
the rail on the frame.
Put the bolt in the hole on the top of
the ski rod rest
14 Pull the string on the sprockets
and the pulleys.

Put the ski rod rest on the rail on the frame.
Make sure the fork
is turned away from the front.
Insert the poles into the pole holders.Twist the poles clockwise until they are locked.
Put the poles in the upright position,until they lie against the ski rod rest.

This display shows the unique ID of the computer and the software version.
The latest session can be verified by a code.
This can for example be used to register records.
The total distance (odometer) and the distance since last completed service is displayed.
When a service is completed press RESET
and the service counter will return to 0. After 1000 km a tool key will show
up in the distance cell at the Start page telling the user that it is time for service.

SERVICE
Service of the machine should be performed 1-4 times a year
depending on level of use.
Service should be performed by trained staff and includes:
- General cleaning
- Lubricate all mechanical parts from the table above.
- Inspection of wear on pulleys (or replace it)
- Inspection of all joints and fasteners
- Inspection of all pulleys
- Inspection of the pole holder
- Inspection of all ball bearings and if necessary lubricate.
- Inspection of poles, pole handle and pole straps
WARNING
The safety level of the machine can be maintained
only if it is examined regularly for damage and wear.
Replace defective components immediately to ensure
safety and performance or keep machine out of use
until repair.
Before you start using the ThoraxTrainer consult your
physician. Be sure that it is not dangerous for you to
undertake a strenous exercise program.
Keep children and fingers away from the flywheel,
ropes and rails while exercising.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
ThoraxTrainer ApS provides a 2 years product warranty on production
failures for all parts at the machine.
Poles and related items are not a part of the machine. ThoraxTrainer
ApS provides a 1 year breakage warranty on the pole shafts and 2
month breakage warranty on the pole straps.
Warranty covers the replacement of spare parts, repair costs or
upgrading to a new machine
in the event that the old machine cannot be repaired.
The warranty does not cover breakage caused by normal aging through
normal product use or by impropper use of the machine.
The warranty does not cover breakage caused by improper installation.
The warranty does not cover breakage caused by lack of maintenance
in accordance with ThoraxTrainer ApS prescribed guidelines.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by water damage,
willful damage or accidents that are not directly related to the daily use
of the machine.
The validity of all warranty claims will be determined by
ThoraxTrainer ApS.
MAINTENANCE OF HOME SERIES
Wipe the machine, rails and display free
of sweat, dust, dirt and moisture after use.
Before Use
Wipe the rails free of dust
before training to extend lifetime of
Teflon gliders in the wagons.
Teflon Gliders
Replacement after 500-1000 km.
If the machine is in dirty / dusty environments,
sliders should be replaced more often.
MAINTENANCE OF PRO SERIES
Wipe the machine and the display free of
sweat, dust, dirt and moisture after use.
Rails
Should be cleaned once a week:
1) Dab a cloth with odorless
kerosene / benzine and wipe
the rails with the cloth.
2) Wipe the rails with a dry cloth.
3) Apply oil to a dry cloth
and lubricate the rails
