InBed™Head Wash System

Note: Basin drain is located
inside the basin of the InBed™
Head Wash System. Drain
spout is located on one of the
side walls.
1) Before use, open basin drain
and loosen drain spout for
ventilation.
2) Position the person’s head,
neck and shoulders on the
neck support.
3) Moisten hair and shampoo.
4) Rinse and towel dry hair thoroughly.
5) Before closing the basin drain make sure all the water has drained
into the unit.
6) Close basin drain and drain spout for transport.
7) To empty, stand the unit upright, loosen basin drain and open drain
spout.
8) Empty water out of the drain spout into a sink.
Note: In order to prevent leakage make sure the two neoprene gaskets
are always in place when closing the basin drain.
Note: Unit should be cleaned using a mild soap or detergent if desired.
A spray disinfectant can be used to clean the device and prevent
mildew. Make sure to thoroughly rinse after using any disinfectants or
detergents.
