2.1 Meaning of the supplement to the operating instructions
The supplement to the operating instructions is an important document and a part of the
machine. It is aimed at the user and contains safety-relevant information.
If the supplement to the operating instructions is not observed, people may be seriously injured
or killed.
Read in full and observe the “Safety” chapter of the corresponding operating instructions
before using the machine for the first time,see Page4.

4.1 Changing the wheel
In case of a defect in the wheel, the spare tyre can be mounted.

Rotary rakes
üThe machine is parked on a stable, horizontal and even surface.
üThe machine is in the working position.
Switch off the tractor engine, remove the ignition key and take it with you.
Use suitable lifting equipment to raise the rotor only so far that the wheel in question can be
changed.
Safely support the machine with a suitable support (e.g. jack stand); see operating
instructions of the machine.
Dismount the defective wheel.
Dismount the linch pin(2) and remove the spare tyre(1).
Mount the spare tyre(1).
Set the tyre pressure.
The label with the respective pressure data(bar) must be attached to the rim in the vicinity
of the valve.
Rotary tedders
üThe machine is parked on a stable, horizontal and even surface.
üThe machine is in the headland position.
Switch off the tractor engine, remove the ignition key and take it with you.
Safely support the machine with a suitable support (e.g. jack stand); see operating
instructions of the machine.
Dismount the defective wheel.
Dismount the linch pin(2) and remove the spare tyre(1).
Mount the spare tyre(1).
Set the tyre pressure.
