1. Prepare all your ingredients.
2. Add all ingredients except salt in a
mixing bowl and let marinate for
about 30 minutes.
3. Arrange the lamb chops on the tray

1. Cut the chicken breast into 1cm thick
pieces, and use a pine meat hammer
to gently hammer the extra thick
parts for standby.
2. Sprinkle the cutlets with salt and

1. Prepare all your ingredients.
2. Heat the olive oil, garlic and red
pepper on a saucepan over
medium-low heat. Gently simmer
until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Make
sure not to burn.
3. Add the tomatoes and increase the
heat until rolling simmer. Reduce the
heat and simmer until sauce is
reduced by half, about 30 minutes.
4. Once reduced, stir in ¾ teaspoon of

1. Preheat the oven on Roast setting at
350° and set time to 25 minutes.
Lightly coat a 9" square baking pan
with cooking spray and line with
parchment paper.
2. Put butter and both chocolates into a
bowl and place over a pot of
simmering water. Once it is
completely melted, stir in cocoa
powder and espresso powder. Set
aside to cool down.
3. Use a hand mixer, beat the eggs and
vanilla extract to break them up, then
gradually add the sugar. Mix until
light and thickened.
4. Sift flour and salt into the chocolate
mixture and fold gently.
5. Fold the chocolate mixture into the
egg mixture until the batter is no
longer streaky.
6. Prepare another mixing bowl.
Combine peanut butter, icing sugar
and melted butter together.

Homemade Pizza
What makes a good pizza is definitely the crust. The
toppings can always be changed.
1. Prepare all your ingredients.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together yeast
and warm water until dissolved.
3. Add remaining dough ingredients
and stir vigorously to combine into a
dough, then allow to rest for 10
minutes.
4. Preheat the oven on Sear Crisp
setting at 400°F and set the time to 11
minutes. Roll out the dough into a
10x10" square and place it on the tray

a fork all over.
5. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and
