Although NutriChef Ceramic Bake ware is dishwasher
safe, it is preferably cleaning it by hand. Dishwasher
detergents can contain bleach and citric acids that
are too harsh for the nish.
Never use metallic utensils. Plastic, silicone, wood,
or nylon spoons and spatulas are the best. Do not
cut foods with a knife in ceramic bake ware to prevent
damage.
Before cleaning, allow the bake ware to cool down and
wash it with warm water. Never use abrasive cleaners
or scrubbing pads when cleaning.
Do not use any acidic products to the clean bake
wares. The high acid content can cause the nish
to erode quickly.
Avoid cooking sprays. Cooking sprays can leave
a hard-to- remove residue that builds-up. Some
may contain ingredients that are too harsh for
ceramic coatings.
Do not stack bake ware without a pad between
them. It will prevent scratches to the interior and
exterior of the bake ware.
