WORK AREA
1. Operate in a safe work environment. Keep your work area clean and well lit. Do not use in damp
or wet locations if it may cause a slipping hazard.
2. Keep anyone not wearing appropriate safety equipment away from the work area. Distraction
can cause you to lose control.
3. Store unused equipment. When not in use, tools and devices must be stored in a dry location to
prevent rust. Always lock up tools and devices and keep them out of reach of children.

PERSONAL SAFETY
1. Dress properly, wear protective equipment. Use foot, hand and head protection. Always wear
ANSI approved impact safety goggles, which must provide both frontal and side protection.
Protect your hands with suitable gloves. Protect your head from falling objects by wearing
a hard hat. Protective, electrically non-conductive clothes and non-skid footwear are
recommended when working. Wear steel-toed boots to prevent injury from falling objects.
2. Do not over reach; keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper footing and balance
enables better control in unexpected situations.
3. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use your common sense. Do not operate any machine
or tool when you are tired, under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications.
SPECIFIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. When using the mobile tire stand, make sure to use on a solid, level surface.
2. Do not exceed the tire stand’s maximum capacity of 220 lb.
3. When not in use, storing, or removing tires, lock the locking caster to secure the tire stand in a
fixed position.
NOTE: Unlock the locking caster when pushing or pulling.
3. Inspect before each use, including all bolts and nuts on the tire stand. Do not use if damaged.
4. Keep the tire stand clean and dry.
5. This product is not a toy. Use the tire stand as intended and keep it out of the reach of children.
TOOL USE AND CARE
1. Use the right tool for the job. The device will perform better and more safely at the task for
which it was intended. Do not modify this device or use for a purpose for which it
was not designed.
2. Maintain tools and devices with care. Keep tools and devices clean, and in good condition for a
better and safer performance.
3. When not in use for an extended period, apply a thin coat of lubricant to the steel parts
to avoid rust.
4. Maintain the label and nameplate on the device. These carry important information. If
unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto for a replacement.
UNPACKING
1. Carefully remove the tire stand from the package.
a. Retain packing material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily installed the
tire stand.
2. Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
3. Inspect the parts carefully to make sure the tire stand was not damaged while shipping.

ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the U square tube (1), the square level (2) and the plastic base (3) with the M8x40mm
bolt (9), the M8 washer (10) and the M8 nut (11) to assembly the base.
2. Attach the bent tube (4) onto the base with the M8x40mm bolt (9), the M8 washer (10).
3. Attach the U round tube (5) to the bent tube (4) and secure with the M6x35mm round bolt (12),
the M6 washer (13) and the M6 nut (14).
4. Insert the aluminum tube (6) into the plastic base (3) and then insert the aluminum tube top (7)
into the aluminum tube (6).
5. Insert the round bolt (15) through the aluminum tube (6) to fix the plastic plate (8) in position.
Repeat for the other three round bolts (15) and plastic plates (8).
NOTE: Make sure that the round bolts (15) and the plastic plates (8) are properly assembled.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION! Remove any load from the tire stand before performing any inspection, maintenance, or
cleaning procedures.
WARNING! To prevent serious injury from tire stand failure, do not use damaged equipment. If any
problems are noticed, have the problem corrected before further use.
1. Before each use, inspect the general condition of the tire stand. Check for loose or damaged
parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
2. Clean off any dirt, debris, oil, grease, etc. from the tire stand before loading.
3. After use, wipe external surfaces of the tire stand with a clean, moist cloth.
NOTE: Do not use solvents to clean the unit.
4. Check all hardware for tightness.
DISPOSING OF THE TOOL
If your tire stand has become damaged beyond repair, do not throw it out. Bring it to the appropriate
recycling facility.
