IMPORTANT:

Bamboo is a natural, sustainable, wood product and its appearance varies from

piece to piece. It may have marks, blemishes, or small cracks that are

NOT A DEFECT.

Fabric Cover and Liner are treated with a water repellent coating. Rinse with cool

water to clean as needed. Do not use detergents or machine wash/dry.

Sand and sand toys are not included. You can purchase sand separately from

most home improvement and hardware stores, or have it delivered

from many local garden centers/landscape supply companies. We suggest

approximately 850 pounds of sand (based on dry sand weight of

1.5 ton/cubic meter). Adjust up/down as needed to the depth you prefer.

• Assemble on a level surface only.

• Inspect the sandbox before each use looking for anything that

creates an unsafe condition. Do not use the product if it is damaged

or broken or has any missing, loose, or sharp pieces.

• Check assembly regularly and retighten bolts and hardware as

needed.

• Hardware may include small parts. /!\ Choking Hazard!

Keep unassembled parts out of the reach of small children.

• No product is a replacement for adult supervision.

• ALWAYS keep your child in view while in the sandbox.

• Always check for children or animals inside when nished playing

and covering up the sandbox.

• Children should always wash their hands thoroughly with soap and

water after playing in the sandbox, especially before handling food.

• Do not install the sandbox on top of bricks, pavers, or concrete

because this can interfere with drainage and damage the product.

• This product is designed to be outdoors. It has been treated with an

oil based nish. It may weather with age. Proper care and

maintenance will extend its life.

» Place sandbox in a shady location. Constant, harsh, direct sun

will age the bamboo faster.

» Every 6-12 months, treat the bamboo with an oil based outdoor

wood sealer (consult with your local hardware store).

Assembly may vary at each corner depending on thickness

of the bamboo posts. Review the corner assembly options here before beginning.

DON'T FORGET THE COVER TIE STRAPS (K) AS YOU

INSERT EACH BOLT THROUGH THE POSTS!

Assembly is easier with two people

Do not fully tighten hardware until all bolts are in place

and secured with a NUT(G)! If bolt holes do not align,loosen

or fully release adjacent corners to complete the corner you

are working on, then go back and complete adjacent corners.

Fully tighten all hardware when all eight BOLTS(E) are in place.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN or you may damage or crack the bamboo.

Within 30 days of purchase, your Badger Basket product will be repaired (or replaced with same or comparable item, at our option), at no cost to you

should you discover any missing part or defect in materials or workmanship under normal and proper usage. Dated sales receipt from an authorized retailer,

or other satisfactory proof of purchase, is required. This warranty applies only to the original owner.

Inspect the condition of the item prior to and after assembly. Should you observe any defects, do not use this product and immediately notify Badger Basket

to place a warranty claim. Failure to notify Badger Basket within the warranty period and/or attempt to repair the product yourself rather than

contacting us shall constitute misuse. Warranty may be invalidated by misuse, improper assembly, failure to honor a

warning, failure to supervise, inspect or maintain this item, or intentional or inadvertent damage.

the part request form including the details about your item, where it was purchased, what parts are needed, etc. We may followup with you for further information and

proof of purchase upon receipt of your claim. Photos or video may be requested in certain circumstances. Badger Basket reserves the right to recover and inspect

merchandise (freight pre-paid by the consumer) claimed to be defective prior to disposition of warranty claims.

Most replacement parts ship within 1-2 business days Mondays to Thursdays.

This warranty does not cover nor apply to: parts that require replacement under normal use, damage resulting from improper storage, failure to follow the assembly

instructions, negligence, misuse, misapplication, products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer, normal wear and tear, normal

everyday soiling, commercial use, item bought used or secondhand, items returned to the store, items that served as oor models, items that have been altered by

an unauthorized 3rd party, failure to perform routine maintenance, or intentional or accidental damage.

In no event shall Badger Basket’s liability under this warranty exceed the actual cost of the materials necessary for repair or replacement

of the product covered, whichever is less. This warranty limits implied warranties to the same term. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, including any express

warranties or warranties of merchantability or tness for a particular purpose. Badger Basket shall have no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied

warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
