Features:

Instructions and advice

 Before each use, thoroughly clean the thermo pump jug with water and mild

cleaning agent. After cleaning, rinse the thermo pump jug with clean water several

times.

 Filling the thermo jug is easy. Open the pump lid

by pressing the buttons on the pump head and lift

the pump lid up.

 Remove the pump tube from the thermo jug and

fill it with hot beverage.

 Replace the pump tube and close the pump lid

until the buttons click into place.

 To pour drinks from the thermo pump jug, pull

the pump lid up until it clicks.

 Next, press the pump lid (see figure at the right)

to start the pump mechanism.

Press the lever as many times as required to

fill in the container (cup, glass) with the

desired amount of beverage.

 To maintain the required temperature of the beverage inside the thermo jug, it is

recommended to pre-heat the thermo pump jug. Rinse the inside of the thermo

pump jug with hot water or leave the water inside the thermo jug for some time

before filling it with the required beverage. This helps achieving the optimum

efficiency of the thermo pump jug.

 Do not fill the thermo pump jug with fizzy drinks, dairy products or baby formula, as

bacteria may grow inside the thermo jug.

 Before pouring water or tea into the thermo pump jug that previously held coffee,

clean the thermo pump jug thoroughly to remove the coffee taste.

Cleaning

 Clean the thermo pump jug after each use.

 Never use aggressive cleaning agents.

 Never use cleaning agents that may scratch the surface of the thermo pump jug.

 Use only a soft cloth for cleaning.

 Never place the thermo pump jug in a dishwasher.

 Never place the thermo pump jug in water.

 Open the pump lid of the thermo pump jug and remove the pump tube. Pour out

the contents of the thermo pump jug.

 To make cleaning easier, remove the pump lid of the thermo pump jug. Follow

the tips presented in section “Features“.

 Clean the thermo pump jug, pump tube and pump lid with warm water and mild

cleaning agent. Thoroughly rinse the cleaned parts with clean water.

 Wipe the outside of the thermo pump jug with a soft, moist cloth.

 Hard water may leave calcium deposits inside the thermo pump jug. Coffee

usually colour the deposits and leave the brownish deposit. In order to remove

the deposits use a cleaning agent available on the market. Observe the

instructions of the manufacturer of such a cleaning agent. Finally, rinse the

thermo pump jug several time with clean water.

 After cleaning, leave the thermo pump jug open to dry and store until further use.
