Assembly Instructions
Note: All part numbers reference the diagram on page 5.
1. Place the preassembled trailer tub with bottom up onto a non scratching surface.
2. Install the axle(10) to the floor using three 5/16-18 x 1 carriage bolts (20) and 5/16-1 flange nuts
(21).
3. Attach the tire & wheel assembly (22) to the spindle with the 2 washers and the E-Clip as
shown no page 3.
4. Install the bearing dust cover(13).
5. Loosely secure the two tongue brackets (4) to the floor using four 5/16-18 x 1 carriage bolts
(20) and four 5/16-18-flange nuts (21).
6. Install the tongue (11) between the two tongue brackets using one ½-13 x 3 ½ bolt (16) and ½-
13 lock nut (17) (leaving enough play for the tongue to swing freely).
7. Swing the tongue until it makes contact with the floor and fix the tongue in place using the ½-L
pin (15) and spring clip through the two forward holes in the tongue brackets.
8. Securely tighten the four bolts to the floor.
9. Return trailer to upright position, and install tailgate.
Note: Check all nuts and bolts occasionally for tightness, and retighten as needed.
