Coleman 513K is a Catalytic Heater that gives safe, quiet heat output regardless of outdoor temperatures. Catalytic Fuel vapors oxidize (burn) at relatively low temperatures in the presence of a platinum catalyst distributed throughout the surface of the woven asbestos burner head. Unlike other heaters, Coleman 513K maintains a consistent heat output even in extreme weather conditions, making it suitable for various use cases - from ice huts to warm tents. It's also safe to use indoors after the preheating flame has burned off.
