CHEF DI CUCINA HealthyFry XL is an air fryer with a 5.5L capacity fry basket. It uses Rapid Air Technology to circulate hot air around your food, giving you crispy results with little to no oil. CAUTIONS:
Please carefully read this instruction
manual before using the product.
Keep the manual for future reference.
The product contains electronic
elements and heating elements. Do not
immerse or wash in water.
Do not cover the air inlet and outlet
while the unit is operating. Do not touch
the inside of the unit while it is hot.
To prevent fire, do not fill the basket
with oil.
High temperature air will flow through
the outlet during the frying process.
Do not put hands or face close to the
outlet. When removing the basket
please be aware that the unit and the
basket will be hot.
SAFETY WARNING:
Do not use the AC power except 
(or V depending on the product)
to avoid electric shock, fire and other
electrical issues.
Do not damage, pull or twist the power
cord, use it to carry heavy loads, or
transform it, to avoid electric shock, fire
and other accidents. Damaged power
cord must be repaired by manufacturer,
maintenance department or other
similar professional maintenance staff.
To avoid electric shock, do not plug and
unplug with wet hands.
Keep the plug clean to avoid electrical
issues.
Plug in tightly, otherwise may cause
electric shock, short circuit, smoking, or
sparking.
Keep the product away from
children at all times.
To avoid fire hazard, do not place
the product on or near flammable
or explosive materials (tablecloths,
curtains, butane kitchen torches etc.).
Please place the product away from
the wall to avoid damage to wall
and/or furniture.

household applications only.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Insert power cable into a grounded
power socket
2. Pull the fry basket out from the
appliance
3. Place the food ingredients into
the fry basket
4. Insert the fry basket back into
the appliance
5. Press the ON/OFF button ()
6. Press “M” button ( ) until the
desired preset mode is acheived.
Or, manually adjust time and
temperatures ()()()()
according to recipe.
7. Press the ON/OFF button () once
more to start cooking
8. When cooking cycle is complete
you will hear a long chime and the
timer will read . Pull the basket
out, place on a heatsafe tray or
countertop and remove your meal.
TIP: For best cooking results,
open and shake the basket occasionally
during the cooking process.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Unplug the power cord and let the
unit cool before cleaning.
2. Do not clean in dishwasher. Hand
wash only all parts.
3. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface
of the fryer. Do not use corrosive
liquids for cleaning. Always clean
after use.
4. Never place the power cord or the
unit in water. Doing so will cause
irreversible harm and the product will
be permanently damaged.
5. Please store the air fryer
in a cool and dry place.

Does not work. Power cord has not been inserted
into the power socket.
Insert the power cord into the
grounded power socket .
Didn’t set the cook mode. Press the mode selection button
() to select appreciate cook
model, then press the ON/OFF
button ().
Didn’t press the ON/OFF button
( ) after select cook model.
Press ON/OFF button ().
Food is undercooked. Too much food in the basket. Use ovenready snacks and/or
lightly brush some oil onto the
snacks for a crispier result.
Temperature is set too low. Turn up the temperature, re-fry
food checking every minutes.
Cooking time is too short. Fry longer, checking every min.
Food is cooked unevenly. Most foods should be shaken,
stirred, or flipped, in the middle of
the cooking process.
In the middle of cooking process,
pull the drawer out and shake, stir,
or flip the food. Return drawer into
unit to restart cooking process.
Food is not crisp. Some food materials have to be
fried with oil.
Brush a thin layer of oil on the
surface of the food, then fry again
briefly.
Can not smoothly push the
drawer back to product.
The drawer is overladen with food. Remove some food, making sure
not to exceed the max fill line.
The basket is not correctly placed in
the drawer.
Realign and press the basket into
the drawer.
Place the handle bar in horizontal
position.
Handle bar stuck.
Smoking. Frying oily food. This is a normal phenomenon.
Fryer contains oil from last use. Clean the drawer and basket after
each use
