PARTS
1X tensioner pulley
1X at washer
1X spring washer (notched)
1X lock nut
TOOLS REQUIRED
7/16" or adjustable wrench
INSTALLATION
1. Remove the drive band from the yer,
allowing it to fall behind the rear legs.
If necessary, remove the old tensioner
pulley: from the front of the wheel, hold
onto the handle of the pulley. From the
back, use a wrench to remove the lock
nut and washers. Pull the tensioner pulley
out of its hole.
2. From the front of the wheel, slide the
threaded end of the new tensioner pulley
into the hole above the mother-of-all
(MOA) near the top of the rear legs. The
handle end should be at the front of the
wheel.
3. From the back of the wheel, slide the
at washer and then the spring washer
on the threaded end of the tensioner
pulley. Secure with the 1/4" lock nut.
4. Replace the drive band on the yer.
