Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the product.
The safety precautions instructions reduces the risk of fire, electric shock and
injury when correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.

GENERAL SAFETY
The lightning flash with symbol within the
triangle is intended to warn you of a
non-insulated dangerous voltage in the
product’s enclosure that could be of
sucient magnitude to generate a risk of
electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within the triangle
is intended to warn you to the presence
of important operating and maintenance
instructions in the documents included with
the product.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• This appliance is intended for private household use only.
It is not intended for commercial/industrial or trade use. Do not use it outdoors.
• Do not use this stick mixer for anything other than its intended purpose, and
only use it as described in this manual.
Any other use is not recommended and may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
• Misuse of the appliance may result in potential injury, risk of fire and/or electric
shock. We accept no liability for any eventual damages or injury misuse of the
product or noncompliance with the instructions.
• DO NOT operate the stick mixer under the following conditions:
* In a damp place or in areas with high humidity (such as in a bathroom)
* On or near a hot cooktop, in a heated oven, or near an open flame.
* On a metal tray.
* In confined spaces or under overhanging furniture/structures.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended in this manual may cause
electric shock, fire or personal injuries.
• Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the
bowl and during cleaning.
The blades are very sharp! To avoid injuries,
please handle blades with utmost care.

• Do not leave the stick mixer unattended when the power is turned on.
• Always unplug the stick mixer from the outlet when it is not in use.
To disconnect, turn o the power at the outlet, then remove the plug from the
wall. Grip the plug when disconnecting, do not pull the cord.
• CAUTION: Unplug the stick mixer and allow it to cool before cleaning and
maintenance. To prevent damage to the appliance, do not use abrasive or
alkaline cleaning agents when cleaning. Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent.
• Do not touch any part of the stick mixer housing when it is in use.
• Take care when handling the stick mixer during use.
• Before using check that the voltage of wall outlet correspond to the one
shown on the rating plate.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
• If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a
authorized service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
• Always disconnect the product from the supply if it is left unattended and
before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
• Do not immerse upper part of stick mixer into water as this would give rise to
electric shock.
• Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near
children or infirm persons.
• Avoid contacting moving parts.
• Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk
of severe injury to persons or damage to the stick mixer. A scraper may be
used but must be used only when the stick mixer is not running.
• The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending hard and dry
substance, otherwise the blade could be blunted.
• To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first
putting bowl properly in place.

• Be sure blender shaft is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
• The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause
injuries to persons.
• Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
• Before removing the lid from the jar, release the button and unplug the
appliance, wait until the blades have come to a complete stop.
• Always remove the blade assembly before pouring contents from jar.
• Be sure to switch o the appliance after each use of your food processor.
Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.
• The metal blades are extremely sharp,please handle carefully.
• Always hold the blade stem instead of cutting edge when handling and
cleaning the blade.
• Be care of potential injury from misuse.

BEFORE FIRST USE
• This product has been packaged to protect it against transportation damage.
Unpack the appliance and keep the original packaging carton and materials
in a safe place. It will help prevent any damage if the product needs to be
transported in the future, and you can use it to store the appliance when it is
not in use. In the event that the packaging is to be disposed of, please recycle
it where possible.
• Plastic wrapping can be a suocation hazard for babies and young children, so
ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach and disposed of safely.
• Inspect all parts of the appliance for visual damage. Unwind the power cord
to its full length and inspect the cord and plug for damage. Do not use the
appliance if the appliance or its cord have been damaged or are not working
properly. In case of damage, contact our after sales support centre for advice.
• Make sure you have read and understood all instructions and warnings in this
manual.
• To remove dust from transport and storage, wash the blending shaft in
warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly, taking care not to cut yourself on the
sharp blade. Wipe the motor unit with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Dry
thoroughly.
WARNING: Never wash the stick mixer motor unit under water or immerse it in
water or other liquid.

TIPS
• To ensure smooth and consistent results, cut food into uniform sizes.
• When pureeing food, it is important to use enough liquid (water, juice, milk,
cream, broth, etc.) to have a smooth mixture. Add more liquids or soft solids to
adjust the consistency of the mixture.
• The appliance is not suitable for chopping extremely hard foods, such as ice
cubes, nutmeg, coee beans or whole grains.

The stick mixer is perfect for preparing dips, sauces, soups and baby food,
as well as for blending milkshakes, smoothies and other drinks. It is also ideal for
chopping herbs or onions, or creating spice pastes
INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY
• To assemble the stick mixer, hold the motor unit by the handle and then attach
the blending shaft by twisting it clockwise until it locks in place. The small
arrow on the blending shaft should be pointing to the closed lock symbol on
the motor unit.
• To detach the blending shaft, turn it to the open lock symbol on the motor unit
and then pull the blending shaft off the motor unit.
USAGE
• Place the food in a blending beaker or other appropriate container.
• Plug the appliance into an electrical outlet and switch on the power at the
outlet.
• Set the speed control to the desired speed: [1] is the lowest, [5] is the highest
speed. You can vary the speed during operation, if required.
• Insert the blending shaft vertically into the blending beaker, do not tilt the
shaft. Holding the motor unit firmly in your hand, press and hold the ON/OFF
button.
• Guide the blending shaft through the food with a gentle raising and lowering
motion. Release the ON/OFF button to stop blending.
IMPORTANT! Each blending cycle must be no more than 30 seconds.
• When you have finished, unplug the motor unit and detach the blending shaft
for cleaning.
TURBO FUNCTION
The stick mixer is equipped with a TURBO function which you can use for an
extra boost of power without changing the speed setting.
• To blend your food at maximum speed, press and hold the TURBO button for a
maximum of 30 seconds at a time.
