Vinotemp ILCO2FROST is a device that allows you to quickly frost cups and glasses using liquid CO2. It features an LED light strip powered by 3 AA batteries, a CO2 fitting for connecting to a CO2 cylinder, and a sturdy mount for attaching to a table or countertop. With a simple press of a button, you can activate the CO2 flow and frost your cups in just 2 seconds. To use, simply place a cup under the spout and press the switch. It's perfect for home bars or commercial settings where quick and efficient frosting is needed.

compressedgascylinderswithhighpressure.AliquidCO2cylinderwithsiphon

tubeispreferredtodeliverliquidCO2.IfastandardCO2cylinderisused,the

cylindermustbeplacedupsidedowntodeliverliquidCO2.Installthisproductina

wellventilatedarea;otherwiseahighlevelofCO2mayaccumulate.



Installation

YoumustattachyournewGlassFroster

toalevelandsturdysurfacesuchasa

tableorcountertop.



• PositiontheGlassFrosternear

theedgeofthesurface.

• Attachthenutprovidedtothe

screw.Thiswillprotectyour

surfaceandaddstability.



• Adjustthescrewlocatedonthe

undersideuntilitisfastenedto

thetableorcountertop. 



PoweringtheLEDLightStrip



TheLEDlightstriprequires3AA

batteries.Toaddthebatteries,simply

removetheblackcoverlocatedatthe

topoftheunit.



ConnectingtheUnittothe

• InsertthewhiteTeflonwasher

providedtotheendoftheCO2

fitting.

Removetheblack

covertoaccessthe

batteries.

• ConnecttheGlassFrostertothe

CO2cylinderusingthefitting

supplied.Usingawrench,turn

thenutclockwiseuntilitistight.



• Next,openthegasflowusingthe

knoblocatedatthetopofthe

CO2cylinder.Pleasemakesure

thattheCO2cylindersits

verticallyatalltimes.NOTE:

Standtothesideofthecylinder

whenopeningthecylindervalve.

Openthecylindervalveslowly.



UsingtheIL‐CO2FROST



• NowthatyourCO2cylinderhas

beeninstalled,presstheswitch 

locatedontheupperpartofthe

unituntilyouseetheLEDlight

stripilluminateandCO2being

released.



• Theunitisnowreadyforuse.

Placeacupunderthespoutto

frost.Thisshouldonlytake2

seconds.Promptlyremovethe

cupfromtheunit.Youmay

repeatthisprocessasmany

timesasyouwouldlike.We

recommendabout3timesper

cup.Afteruse,itisrecommended

thatyouclosetheCO2cylinder

andreleaseanyremaininggasby

pressingtheswitchuntilallCO2

hasbeenreleased.



ChangingtheCO2Cylinder



Whenthefrosting timeexceeds10seconds,thisisanindicationthatitistimetochangethe

cylinder.Pleasefollowtheseinstructionscarefully:

1. Closetheshut‐offvalveofthecylinder.

2. PresstheswitchoftheGlassFrosteruntilallpressureisreleased.

3. Loosenthefittingconnectingtheunittothecylinder. 

4. Finally,connecttheunittothenewCO2cylinderfollowingtheinstructionsoutlinedon

thepreviouspage.



SafetyPrecautionsfortheCO2Cylinder

• Gascylindercontentsareunderhighpressure.

• Don'tdestroyorre move identificationtagsorlabels.

• Checktoseecylindervalvesareprotectedwithprotectivecaps.

• Leavecapsonuntilthegasisabouttobeused.

• Donotrollordropcylinders,orletthembumpviolentlyagainsteachother.

• Secure large cylinders (125 cu. ft) with a chain or strap positioned around the upper

thirdofthecylinder.

• Clearcylindervalveofanydustordirt beforeattachingtheregulator.

• Standtothesideoftheregulatorwhenopeningthecylindervalve.

• Opencylindervalveslowly.

• Storecylindersinawell‐ventilatedareaawayfromallsourcesofheatorflames.

• Beforereturningcylinder,closethevalveandreplacetheprotectivecap.

• Markemptycylinders"EMPTY". 

• Note:ThestandardCO2tankhasavalveatthetop,theliquidatthebottomandvapor

atthetop.Inordertogetliquid,thetankmustbeplacedupsidedownsotheliquidcan

flowoutofthebottom.

• Note:LiquidCO2tankshaveabuilt‐inliquidtubethattakesliquidatalltimes.

• NeverloosentheCO2fittingwithoutfirstreleasingalltheCO2fromtheunitand

closingthecylindershut‐offvalve. 

• Shouldaleakoccur,closethevalveandcontactthemanufacturer.



Allsalesarefinal,andunlessauthorizedinwritingbytheSeller,Purchasermaynotreturnthegoods,underanycircumstance.IfPurchaserrefusestoacceptthe

goods,underanycircumstance,thePurchaserisliableforthereturnandcostoffreightbothways,andifSellerdoestakebackthegoods,therewillbea

restocking/servicefeethatis35%ofthepurchasepriceofthegoods.(Productmustbeinoriginalpackaging).Built‐to‐Orderproducts(includingCabinets,Racking,

andAccessories)arenon‐returnable.PurchasermustnotifySellerofnon‐conforminggoodswithinfourdaysofdelivery,afterwhichtimeallgoodsaredeemed

accepted.Ifanorderhasbeenplacedandproductionhasstarted,cancellationofyourorderwillbea15%charge.IfPurchasertenderspaymentwithacheckthat

hasinsufficientfunds(NSF),orstopspaymentonacheckorcreditcardforanyreason,PurchaseragreestopayforallcostsassociatedwiththeSeller’scollectionor

LIMITEDWARRANTY:Sellerwarrantsthatthegoodswillbefreeofdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipasfollows:Furniturestyle(wood)winecabinetsmadein

theU.S.:allcoolingunitpartsforaperiodof5(five)years;cabinetryandlabor(uninstalled)foraperiodof12(twelve)monthsfromdateofsale.Forthemetal

cabinetwineunits:partsandlaborforcoolingsystemandcabinetryforaperiodof12(twelve)monthsfromdateofsale.ForDesignerSeriesunits:partsandlabor

foraperiodof12(twelve)monthsfromdateofsale,compressorpart5years.ForIlRomanzoGlassFroster:partsandlaborfor12monthsfromthedateofsale.

ThermoelectricUnits:90(ninety)daysfromthedateofsale(includingWineCoolers,BeerDispensers,Humidor,PortofinoWoodCellars,andRefrigerators).Wine‐

MateSplitSystemsandinstalledproductsarepartsonlyfor1year,nolabor.OtherWine‐MateCoolingSystemsare5yearsparts,1yearlabor.WineAccessories

andRackingSystemsarenotwarranted.Thereisnowarrantyonpartspurchasedseparately.Removalandre‐installationofunitisnotincludedinwarrantedlabor.

Purchaser’sexclusiveremedyislimited,atSeller’soption;torepairorreplacedefectivepart[s]witheitherneworfactoryreconditionedpart[s].Purchaseris

responsibleforshippingtheunitpre‐paidtodesignatedfacilityandSellerwillpayreturnshippingchargesinthecontinentalUnitedStatesforitemsrepairedunder

warrantywithin12(twelve)monthsfromdateofsale.Sincethenaturalvariationintexture,density,grain,color,toneandshadeofwoodisunavoidable;Seller

doesnotguaranteethetexture,color,toneorshadeofthewood:nordoessellerguaranteethecolorfastnessofwoodoragainstpeeling,chipping,crackingor

scratching.Note:Unfinishedwoodissubjecttowarping;allwoodsurfacesmustbesealedbeforeplacingcellarintoservice.Improperplacementoftheunitwill

voidthewarranty.ByVinotempinwriting,anythirdpartyrepairfacilitymustbepre‐approvedbeforeprovidingpartsfreeofcharge.Thislimitedwarrantydoesnot

coverdamageduetosuchthingsasaccident,misuse,abuse,mishandling,neglect,actsofGod,fires,earthquakes,floods,highwinds,government,war,riotorlabor

trouble,strikes,lockouts,delayofcarrier,unauthorizedrepair,oranyothercausebeyondthecontroloftheSeller,whethersimilarordissimilartotheforegoing.

SellerisnotresponsibleforanydamagescausedtoPurchaser'spropertyresultingfromthegood.ThislimitedwarrantyappliesonlyinsidetheContinentalUS

(Alaska,PuertoRicoandHawaiiarenotwarranted.).

ForNon‐NewUnits(Scratch&Dent/Refurbished/FloorModels),warrantyforcompressorunitsis90daysfromyourdatedinvoiceand30daysforthermoelectric

units(partsforfunctiononly,notcosmeticdefects).Theseunitsarerefurbishedandsoldasis;Purchaserassumesriskstothequalityandperformanceofgoodsand

assumesthecostsofallnecessaryserviceorrepairnotcoveredherein.

ForElementGrills(viaElementProductsLLC),grillshavea1yearcomprehensivepartswarrantyonentireproduct.Threeyearslimitedpartswarrantycoveringthe

stainlessburnerandathirtydaylimitedpartswarrantyongrillaccessories.Ifgrillisdefectiveandunusedplusallpackagingandpartsareintact,wewilleither

replacethegrillorprovideservicetorepairthegrill.Returnedproductmustaccompanyalloriginalpackagingandpartsandissubjecttoour35%restockingfee

(andfreightbothways).

WithWine‐Mateproducts,ifthecustomercallsandtheproductis“defective”,youmustobtainaletterfromyourqualifiedrefrigerationtechnicianatthe

customerscost,toverifythattheunitwasinstalledproperly,withproperventilationandtheunitistrulymalfunctioningduetomanufacturedefect.



Purchaserunderstandsandacknowledgesthatthegoodssoldherearewinecellars,cigarhumidors,and/orothersimilarunitswhichhousewineorcigars.

Purchaserassumesallriskofusingtheseunits,includingriskofspoilage,humidityvariations,temperaturevariations,leaks,fire,waterdamage,mold,mildew,

drynessandsimilarandanyotherperilsthatmightoccur.

Sellerisnotresponsibleforincidentalorconsequentialdamages,andtherearenowarranties,expressedorimplied,whichextendbeyondtheLimitedWarranty

describedabove.Warrantyandliabilityarenon‐transferable.Theimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityandoffitnessforaparticularpurposeareherebyexpressly

disclaimed.Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,orawaiveroftheimpliedwarrantiesoffitnessand/ormerchantability,

law.AnylegalproceedingarisingoutoforrelatingtothesetermsandconditionsortothegoodssoldgenerallyshallbebroughtsolelyandexclusivelyintheCounty

ofLosAngeles.InnoeventmayPurchaserinitiateanylegalproceedingmorethansixmonthsaftertheoccurrenceoftheeventgivingrisetothedispute.
