FILLING
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Sit the appliance on a stable, level surface.
3. Remove the hopper lid.
4. Put coee beans into the hopper.
5. Don’t ll above max mark.
6. Ret the hopper lid pressing it all the way down. Your coee grinder will not operate unless the
hopper lid is correctly tted.
USING
1. Turn the grind control to the setting you require for the ground coee (anticlockwise = ne,
clockwise = coarse).
2. You need a ne grind for espresso coee, medium grind for lter coee, and coarse grind for
percolators and cafetières.
3. Move the cup selection control to the number of cups you need ground coee for (2-12).
4. Press the start/stop button. The light will ash blue.
5. Press down on the hopper lid to start your grinder.
6. Your coee grinder will grind the coee according to the number of cups selected, then stop
automatically.
7. To switch o manually, press the start/stop button.
TIPS
Grind only what you need.
You can keep coee beans in a sealed container for about two weeks, but ground coee starts to
lose avour as soon as it comes out of the grinder.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Remove the hopper lid.
2. Remove the grinding wheel by twisting it clockwise and lifting it out of the hopper.
3. Wipe the grinding wheel, hopper and coee grinder housing with a soft, damp cloth.
4. Wash the hopper lid, ground coee container and lid in warm soapy water or in the top rack of a
dishwasher.
5. To ret the grinding wheel , push it downwards and turn it anticlockwise to lock.
