Step 1

1. Fix Rubber Pad 45*35*8 (26) to the Main Frame (1) using Cross Recess Pan Bead Screw M5*10 (29).

Screws can’t enter the Main Frame, at the same time, ensure the smooth sliding of left and right

adjustable frame.

2. Fix Sleeve Φ29.5*130 (19) to the Main Frame (1).

1. Fix Rubber Pad 100*65*12 (27) to the Rear Base Frame (3) using Pan Head, Hex Bolt M8*12 (31).

2. Fix Wheel Φ63*24 (24) to the Rear Base Frame (3) using Hex Bolt M8*45 (35), Flat Washer Φ9*Φ16*1.6

(41) and Nut M8 (45).

Step 3

Fix Copper Sleeve Φ31*Φ25.4*Φ19.2*16 (20) to the Height Adjustable Frame (4).

Fix Rubber Pad 45*35*8 (26) to the Left Adjustable Frame (5) and Right Adjustable Frame (6) using Cross

Recess Pan Bead Screw M5*10 (29).

Step 5

Fix Nylon Buffer Φ38*Φ8.2*15 (25) to the Distance Adjustable Frame (7) using Pan Head, Hex Bolt M6*15

(30) and Flat Washer Φ6.6*Φ12*1.6 (40).

Fix Long Fixing Plate 148*60*5 (15) and Short Fixing Plate 72*60*5 (16) to the Support Frame (8) using

Hexagon Socket countersunk head screw M6*12 (28).

Step 7

Fix Adjustable Plate 136*45.2*2 (17) to the Fixing Plate (10) using Hexagon Socket Head Bolt M8*10 (33).

Assemble Pin Φ18*Φ12.5*110*M10 (13), Spring Φ14*Φ1.5*55 (21), Pin Nut S21*Φ10.2*16*M20*1.5 (22)

and Knob 2 Φ34.5*44*M10 (23).

Please tighten all the bolts and nuts.
