Installation - Fig. 3-4

The cooker hood must be placed at a minimum distance of 65 cm

from the cooking plane for electric cookers and 75cm for gas or

mixed cookers. The cooker hood may be installed on the wall or on

the base of a cabinet; use the template H to drill the correct distance.

Wall mounting : insert the wall screw anchors J in the drilled holes

and the two K screws in the upper drill holes, remove the grill and

hook the cooker hood to the 2 screws, finally from the inside, insert

the third screw L and lock them all in.

Cabinet fixing: affix the cooker hood with the 4 M screws from inside

the cabinet (the model equipped with stack must be installed

underneath the suspended unit – Fig. 5.

Use

The cooker hood has an upper air duct B1 and an optional rear air

duct B2 (in this case remove the plastic piece E that is blocking the

hole duct, by unwinding using pliers), for external fumes exit.

Select the suitable air duct and apply the flange C supplied, ensure

to close the unused hole duct with tap D supplied.

Check that the filter/exhaust selector (inside the cooker hood) G is

in the exhaust (A) position. Fig. 1. In the case where it is not possible

to discharge the cooking fumes externally, the cooker hood may be

used in the filter version by fixing a carbon filter, the fumes and

vapours are recycled via the anterior grill placed above the control

panel. Check that the exhaust/filter selector is in the filter (F)

position. Fig. 2.

Electrical connection

The electrical tension must correspond to the tension noted

on the label placed inside the cooker hood. Connect the

electrical plug, where provided, to the an easily accessible

outlet in conformity with local standards in force.

Where an electrical plug is not provided (for direct connection to

electrical network) place a standards approved bipolar switch with

an aperture distance of not less than 3mm (accessible) from the

contacts.

Operation

The control panel is located anteriorly on the central part, and is

equipped with different aspiration speeds. Use the maximum

aspiration power in case of high concentration of cooking vapours.

Push the switch downwards in order to turn the lights on, move the

switch upwards to select and increase the speed (aspiration power)

of the engine.

It is recommended to operate the cooker hood suction 5 minutes

prior to cooking and leave it in operation for approximately 15

minutes after cooking.

Cleaning

The cooker hood should be cleaned regularly internally and externally.

For cleaning use a cloth moistened with denatured alcohol or neutral

liquid detergents. Avoid abrasive detergents.

Failure to carry out the basic standards of the cleaning of the cooker

hood and replacement of the filters may cause fire risks.

Maintenance

Prior to any maintenance operation ensure that the cooker

hood is disconnected from the electrical outlet.

Grease Filter – must be cleaned once a month with suitable

detergents either by hand or in dishwasher (65°C).

They must be removed by using the unfastening springs Q

– pull backwards and remove downwards. Fig. 7.

Attention! It is impossibile to remove the grid in the self-supporting

grease filter INOX models (see also Fig. 7).

Carbon Filter (only for filter versions)

It absorbs unpleasant odors caused by cooking.

Carbon filters can be washed every two months in hot water and

using appropriate detergents or in the dish-washer at 65 degrees C

(if a dish-washer is used, select the complete washing cycle mode

without any dishes inside).

Eliminate excess water without ruining the filter, then put it in the

oven for 10 minutes at 100 degrees C to dry it completely (if

indicated, take them out of the plastic frame first).

Replace the small mattress every 3 years and whenever the cloth is

damaged.

It must be installed inside the hood – can be one of the following types

- Fig. 8:

Rectangular S (only for hoods with self-supporting grease filters): it

must be installed by using two metal rods in the rear of the grease

filters.

Circular V (contained inside a plastic frame): bayonet joint, place it

in the centre, covering the grid, protect the engine, making sure that

reference X on the carbon filter matches reference Y on the conveyor;

then turn clockwise; in case of disassembling, turn counter-clockwise.

Replacing lightbulbs

Unscrew the damaged light bulb and replace with an incandescent

oval light bulb with a maximum of 40W E14. Remove the grill in order

to reach the light bulb area.

Caution

This appliance is designed to be operated by adults. Children

should not be allowed to tamper with the controls or play with

the appliance.

Do not use the cooker hood where the grill is not correctly fixed! The

suctioned air must not be conveyed in the same channel used for

fumes discharged by appliances powered by other than electricity.

The environment must always be adequately aerated when the

cooker hood and other appliances powered by other than electricity

are used at the same time. Flambé cooking with a cooker hood is

prohibited. The use of a free flame is damaging to the filters and may

cause fire accidents, therefore free flame cooking must be avoided.

Frying of foods must be kept under close control in order to avoid

overheated oil catching fire. Carry out fumes discharging in

accordance with the regulations in force by local laws for safety and

technical restrictions.

Digestoø se musí umístit v minimální vzdálenosti 65

cm od varné plochy elektrického sporáku a 75 cm

od plynového sporáku. Digestoø se mùe instalovat

na stìnu nebo na spodní desku kuchyòské skøíòky;

k vyvrtání dìr pouijte ablonu H.

Pøipevnìní na zeï: do vyvrtaných otvorù ve zdi

vlote hmodinky J a zaroubujte 2 rouby Kdo

horních dìr. Odstraòte spodní møíku a digestoø

zavìte na tyto 2 rouby. Nakonec zvnitøku

zaroubujte tøetí roub L a vechny rouby

dotáhnìte.

Pøipevnìní ke skøíòce: pøipevnìte digestoø 4

rouby M ke spodní desce skøíòky ( model vybavený

dekorativním komínkem musí být pøipevnìn ke stìnì

 Obr. 5 ).

Vyuití

Digestoø má horní odtah B1 a volitelnì zadní odtah

B2 (v tomto pøípadì se odstraní plastový kus E,

který blokuje odtahový otvor; pouijte kletì) pro

odvod výparù.

Vyberte vhodné vzduchové potrubí a pouijte

dodaný nátrubek C, nepouitý otvor zakryjte

dodanou krytkou D.

Zkontrolujte e pøepínací páèka filtr/výfuk (uvnitø

digestoøe) G je vpoloze výfuk (A) - Obr. 1.

Vpøípadì kde není moné odvést výpary z místnosti,

se mùe digestoø pouít ve filtraèní verzi tak, e se

nainstaluje uhlíkový filtr a pachy a pára potom

cirkulují pøes pøední møíku, která je nad ovládacím

panelem, zpìt do místnosti. Zkontrolujte e pøepínací

páèka filtr/výfuk (uvnitø digestoøe) G je vpoloze

filtr (F) - Obr. 2.

Elektrické pøipojení:

Síové napìtí musí odpovídat napìtí uvedenému na

títku s popisem pøístroje umístìném uvnitø

odsávaèe. Jestlie je zaøízení vybaveno zástrèkou,

napojte pøístroj na zásuvku odpovídající platným

normám, umístìnou na pøístupném místì. V pøípadì

e nemá zástrèku (je napojen pøímo na sí), pouijte

bipolárního spínaèe vyrobeného podle platných

norem s kontaktní vzdáleností minimálnì 3 mm

(pøístupného).

Ovládání

Ovládací panel je umístìný zepøedu na centrální

èásti, a je vybavený nìkolika rychlostmi odsávání.

Maximální sací sílu vyuívejte v pøípadì vysoké

koncentrace par. Stlaète vypínaè dolù, tím zapnete

osvìtlení, pøepnìte vypínaè nahoru, tím mùete

vybrat vìtí rychlost (sací sílu) motoru.

Doporuèujeme digestoø zapnout 5 minut pøed

vaøením a ponechejte ji v provozu pøiblinì 15 minut

po skonèení vaøení.

Èitìní

Digestoø by se mìla pravidelnì èistit zevnitø i zevnì.

Pro èitìní pouívejte látku navlhèenou

vdenaturovaném lihu nebo neutrální saponáty.

Nepouívejte saponáty s brusnými pøísadami.

Pokud nebudete digestoø pravidelnì èistit a

vymìòovat filtry, mohou se nánosy tuku vznítit a

zpùsobit poár.

Údrba

døíve ne zaènete jakékoliv údrbáøské práce

odpojte digestoø od zdroje elektrického proudu.

Kovový filtr se musí èistit jednou za mìsíc svhodnými saponáty buï

ruènì nebo v myèce na nádobí (65°C).

Aby jste tukový filtr mohli vyjmout otevøete møíku - Obr. 7  uvolnìte

západky Q a hradítka .

Upozornìní ! U NEREZOVÉ digestoøe se

neodstraòuje møíka u dìleného tukového filtru.

(viz také Obr. 7).

Uhlíkový filtr (jen pro filtraèní verze):

Pohlcuje nepøíjemnou vùni a páry vznikající pøi

vaøením. Uhlíkové filtry se mohou prát kadé dva

mìsíce v horké vodì pøi pouití pøísluných

saponátù nebo v myèce na nádobí pøi 65

C (pokud

pouijete myèku na nádobí nevypírejte filtry spoleènì

s nádobím).

Vyluète pøebyteènou vodu a nepokoïte pøi tom

filtr, potom vlote filtr na 10 minut do trouby a pøi

teplotì 100

C jej úplnì vysute (pokud je filtr

vplastovém rámu, nejdøíve jej ztéto konstrukce

vyjmìte).

Mìòte vloku uhlíkového filtru kadé 3 roky nebo

kdykoliv je látka pokozená.

Vloka se musí instalovat dovnitø digestoøe 

mohou existovat následující typy - Obr. 8:

Obdélníková S (pouze u digestoøe sdìlenými

tukovými filtry): vloka se pøipevní pomocí dvou

drátù na zadní plochu tukového filtru.

Kruhová V (je uvnitø plastového rámu): uhlíkový

filtr se upevòuje na pøírubu ventilátoru pomocí

bajonetového spoje, který je ve støedu filtru. Filtr

chrání motor. Ujistìte se , e znaèka X na filtru je

v poloze proti znaèce Y na pøírubì ventilátoru; pak

otoète filtrem ve smìru hodinových ruèièek;

vpøípadì demontáe, otáèejte proti smìru

hodinových ruèièek.

Výmìna árovky

Vyroubujte pokozenou árovku a nahraïte ji

záøivkovou oválnou árovkou E14 smaximálním

pøíkonem 40W. Aby jste si umonili pøístup károvce,

je nutné vyjmout møíku.

Upozornìní

Tento pøístroj je navrený tak, aby jej ovládaly

pouze dospìlé osoby. Dìti by nemìli mít povoleno

manipulovat s ovládacími prvkami nebo si spøístrojem

hrát. Neuívejte digestoø pokud není spodní møíka

správnì upevnìná! Nasávaný vzduch se nesmí

odvádìt do stejného kanálu, který je ji vyuíván

pro odvod zplodin zjiných ne elektrických

spotøebièù. Prostøedí místnosti, kde digestoø

pracuje, se musí vdy adekvátnì vìtrat vpøípadì,

e ve stejnou dobu pracují dalí spotøebièe

pohánìné jinou ne elektrickou energii. Flambování

pod digestoøí je zakázané. Pøi pouití otevøeného

ohnì mùe dojít ke znièení filtrù a oheò mùe

zpùsobit nehodu. Proto vdy zabraòte vaøení na

otevøeném ohni. Smaení jídel musí být vdy pod

kontrolou, aby se pøehøátý olej nevznítil a nezpùsobil

nehodu. Pøi odvodu výparù se musí vdy dodrovat

platné pøedpisy místních zákonù zaruèujících

bezpeènost a technická omezení.

NÁVOD NA MONTÁ A POUÍVÁNÍ

Výrobce odmítá pøijmout jakoukoliv odpovìdnost za znièení digestoøe nebo za její vznícení, které bylo zpùsobeno nedodrením výe uvedených instrukcí.
