Description:
Model BX Filling Mixer is suitable for stuffing blending. Two pairs of blenders
rotate and reverse in the bowl and the stuffing is blended well. All machine parts in
contact with food are made of stainless steel or are plated, and are in conformity with
Chinese hygiene standard.

Operation and maintenance
1）Before use, check that power supply corresponds to that required by the machine,and
the machine must be earthed.
2）Run the machine without load before use. There should be proper space between the
bowl and the blenders.
3）The blenders rotate or reverse in the bowl controlled by the switch and the stuffing is
blended well.
4）Pour the stuffing into the bowl and place the cover then run the machine. Turn off the
power after finish. Remove the pin for setting the bowl and rotate the bowl. Then the
stuffing can be taken out.
5）There are four wheels and four feet under the machine
6）Din use the machine for dough mixing or it may be damaged.
Attention: It can not be cleaned by water directly.
