Setting up Level One IP Camera (Model FCS-
0040/WCS-0040/FCS-0010/WCS-0010)
1. Login to `192.168.0.99’ (default Level One IP Camera Address)
a. Username: administrator (default)
b. Password: (blank)
2. After login, click `Administration’.

For Network Setup
1. Click `Network’ and from Internet Connection Type, choose `Static IP Address’.
2. Fill in the box.
a. IP Address: 192.168.0.99 (IP Camera Address).
b. Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 (default).
c. Gateway: (your modem IP Address).
d. DNS: (For streamyx user, 202.188.0.133, 202.188.1.5).
e. Click `Save’.

For FTP Setup
1. Under Setup Page, Click `FTP’.
2. Fill in the box.
a. FTP Server IP: www.epicamera.com.
b. Account: (FTP Login ID).
c. Password: (FTP Password).
d. Directory: (/Camera No. /) via “/Cam1/” or “/Cam2/” or “Cam3/”.
e. Click `Save’ to save your setting.

To Turn on FTP service
1. Under Event, Click `Event Trigger’.
2. Trigger Event option, choose `Sequential snapshot’ and choose snapshot interval
timer. Choose send snapshot by `FTP’ and Click `Save’.
*Note: FCS-0010/WCS-0010 does not support `Sequential snapshot’ function.

Configure Motion detection
1. Under Event, Click `Motion Detection’. `Choose `Window 1’ and click `Save’.

2. From `Event Trigger’ and Trigger Event option, choose `Detection’ and choose
`Motion Detection’. Choose send snapshot by `FTP’ and Attachment Type `JPEG
Image’. Click `Save’.
