EMS-55 display
Equipment instruction
EMS-55 is a control system especially developed for Coca Cola Company. The
system consists of energy saving controller, transformer, and temperature sensing
probes (2), magnetic spring switch (2), and auxiliary lines.
By self-learning from ambient (population flow, open/close times of door and
working time etc), EMS_55, could establish automation module, with which it
could also adjust freezer operation status automatically to adapt to actual operation
mode.
This control system changes the traditional mode operated by temperature
controller, and makes it easy to operate and realizes automatic alarming,
meanwhile it also extends refrigerator's life, reduces the repair rate and achieves
energy saving.
Display instruction
Letters displayed on EMS have the following meaning
Note: At edition E43 it shows USE for EMS's operating status; At edition E46
it shows current temperature in refrigerator under normal operating status.

Guide on food preservation
Clean food with water droplets wiped off could be stored in the refrigerator
It is prohibited to store live creatures, drug, flowers etc.
While food is being preserved, it is required to keep 1-3cm between food and
inner wall of refrigerator, which is good for cold air circulation.
There should be left enough space among food for cold air circulation.
Food should be sealed and packaged before it is stored, which could not only
prevent moisture from loss, but also avoid mixing of taste.
Proper package material should be used; such material must be poinsonless,
tasteless, airproof and waterproof.
Food should be placed by sorts, particularly for retail cooked food such as meat
and fish which should not be preserved for prolonged time.
When storing food, pay more attention on the storage term marked by
manufacturer. (You can mark the storage term on package to avoid overtime
storage
