GM Lighting 100824 ChromaDim 4 Inch 10W Downlight is a recessed-mount LED downlight designed for both residential and commercial applications. With its dimmable capabilities, you can adjust the light output to create the perfect ambiance for any room. The fixture is also IC-rated allowing it to be in direct contact with insulation. Ideal for use in kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and retail spaces.

OUT OTHER MANUFACTURERS PRODUCTS. INSURE THAT BOTH

WALL SWITCH AND LED DRIVER IS GROUNDED IN ACCORDANCE

WITH NEC OR LOCAL ELECTRICAL CODES.

DO NOT INSTALL IN AN APPLICATION THAT IS OUTSIDE OF THE

PRODUCTS LISTED AMBIENT TEMPERATURE AND IN AN AREA THAT

IS NOT EASILY ACCESSED FOR SERVICE REQUIREMENTS. DOWN

MOUNT AND CONNECT CHROMADIM DRIVER AND WALL

CONTROLLER PER INSTRUCTIONS THAT COME WITH THAT UNIT.

1. Familiarize yourself with the down light ﬁxture. The Chroma

Dim Down Light comes with both wire leads and quick connects.

Unused leads or quick connects can be tucked away in junction box.

(Fig. 1)

2. Determine the position of your down light(s) and trace a 5-1/2”

diameter circle on surface material. Using a keyhole saw or 5-1/2”

hole saw - cut through surface (Fig. 2).

3. For ﬁrst down light in your run, attach White, Red and Green

leads from ChromaDim Driver to the White, Red and Green leads

coming from the ﬁrst down light in your run (Fig. 3), or use Wago

connectors supplied, and compress springs to push up into ceiling

hole. Check for a ﬁrm ﬁt (Fig. 4).

4. For additonal down lights, use quick connects to add more

ﬁxtures to your run (Fig. 4).

MULTIPLE DOWN LIGHT INSTALLATION DIAGRAM:

5. You can install as many as 5 10W ChromaDim Down Lights on

one lead. In order to do this, ﬁrst layout your run, giving ample

distance between down lights, and install per directions. Follow the

diagram below (Fig. 5).

BEFORE YOU START:

• Please check local electrical codes before beginning

• Turn power off before installing

• Make sure to use proper rated wire
