DAILY CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR YOUR BRAISING PAN

1. Clean the pan surface with a mild detergent and brush
or flexible spatula.
2. Remove the strainer at the pouring lip of the braising pan
by pulling it toward the back of the pan.
3. Clean the strainer in a sink.
4. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a so, clean cloth.
5. Replace strainer.
6. Once per day, thoroughly clean the back, sides and front of the
pan. Also clean the inside and outside surfaces of the lid
